Claire is an excellent person and is very good at what she does! I can’t say that about the representatives that she works with, they seem not to care about the clients that purchase items from them. I have been trying to exchange a pump. They think my elderly mom needs to be on the back burner. If that’s how they feel, then they don’t need to be in that position for the elderly! Especially if she is on hospice! Claire keep on doing all you do for your customers!

I needed some supplies for my Grandmother asap. I called on a whim and Claire went above and beyond assisting me in locating the items I needed. She was so patient and friendly, and even provided some really great feedback and recommendations. We opted for pickup and Evolve even respected our COVID safety requests since my Grandmother's immune system is weak atm. Products were assembled and came with all the accessories and paperwork, and in perfect working order. I would highly recommend to anyone if you're looking for a really personal experience and products delivered with care.
