We moved into Eastshore last year and it's been the best apartment complex. We have the B2I layout and our favorite part is sitting on our patio at night to watch the sunset over the lake. We live on the top floor and it's extremely quiet, we never have issues with noise or neighbors.The maintenance crew is amazing, along with the front office, they will recognize you immediately and always ask how the apartment is and how everything is going. Extremely nice crew of people working at this complex.I can't recommend this complex enough. We genuinely love living here.

We’re really happy with our choice to live at Eastshore. It’s a great location right on the lake and walking distance to lots of nice shops and restaurants. The building team (Juan B, Aiden, Nina, and Juan) do a really good job keeping the place clean and in good condition. Service calls are often handled same day.

30% or more of the packages are being lost. Lockers number is limited, and therefore delivery drivers just leave the packages outside of the lockers or just at random places, where they are eventually being stolen.

I could not be happier with my choice to make Eastshore on Lake Carolyn my home for many reasons but to be honest, Megan and Emma are at the very top of the list. The kindness, professionalism, helpfulness, quick responses to questions I had at move in have all been so refreshing!! The apartments are beautiful. The grounds are well kept and trash isn’t all over the place. I have not had any maintenance issues (yay) so it’s a good thing I can’t speak to that but I’m sure Bell Partners and Eastshore on Lake Carolyn, only choose the best! If you come and tour these apartments, don’t hesitate! Eastshore does not disappoint, they deliver! Thank you Megan and Emma for all you’ve helped me with!! I want y’all to know how valuable you are and I hope Bell Partners treats you as you deserve! I can see myself here for many years to come.

I’ve been living in these apartments for 3 full weeks and I love it so far. Emma has been incredibly helpful and so nice since the first interaction we had. The amenities are great, and I love the direct access pathway to walk along the lake. I would recommend this place to live.

Eastshore Lake Carolyn Apartments, it’s the best ! we moved into this building about 3 weeks ago, Madison , and Henry, are a very good persons, very sweet and very kind, they always has a very good character and they are available to the public all the time, I recommend this building 100 % .

Our General Manager, Cara, and Assistant Manager, Madison, truly make Eastshore the best! They both helped me navigate a lease transfer into a larger unit and helped answer all of my questions and concerns in such a professional and individualized manner. They made every effort to be prompt in communication and make themselves available throughout the entire process. From the well-maintained building to the outstanding service to residents, I’m so thankful we have a great management and leasing office team that makes Eastshore the best place to live in La Colinas! Thanks to the entire Eastshore team for all you do! ?

UPDATE: I was so happy with the place but not for too long! Please don't get fooled or rush to sign the lease agreement until you read every little detail!!! I didn't notice a $4000 lease breaking up fee in addition to a 60-day notice period. Obviously I didn’t plan on moving out, and I was rushed into signing the lease. When I signed the contract, no one communicated it to me. I did ask about the lease break, and they said I have to notify them two months before moving out, which is reasonable, but no one mentioned anything about fees.My life circumstances have changed, and I had to break up the lease early. I explained my circumstances, and the office staff said they would happily work with me to help me. After explaining my unique situation, the office manager told me she would file me to a collection agency so I could deal with them going forward. Of course, that was not the option for me. You will have to pay five months' rent to move out!!! I moved from NY and we don’t have anything like that! Horrible experience!*******Eastshore on Lake Carolyn is the place to go! First and most important is that their staff is fantastic! Madison was accommodating from our first interaction on the phone, followed by a virtual showing, and throughout the entire process until I moved into the apartment. She explained everything, helped set up my utility, internet, and garage access, and addressed every little question I had on my mind. Moving interstate can be very stressful, and she made a difference for me by turning it into a positive experience.Separately, I’d love to recognize Henry for helping me move the heavy boxes I received in the mail upstairs and being responsive and helpful with any other questions and needs in the apartment complex.Second, the apartment complex is nicely maintained and clean overall. There are areas for improvement, but nothing major. The apartment was clean, and everything seemed to function well, so I don’t have any issues so far.Eastshore overlooking the lake and the promenade is perfect for a walk or a morning jog, and I would highly recommend Eastshore Complex to anyone.

I love living at Eastshore. It’s such a great property. Anytime I have an issue it gets resolved within the same exact day. A couple days ago I put in a work order at 7:00am. At 8:00am I already had the maintenance working on it. Henry Alcalá is honestly the only reason why we decided to go with Eastshore. He made us feel very welcomed with our tour and really explained our contract well in detailed and made the application process easy. He has honestly the best customer service experience I’ve ever interacted with and that says a lot from someone who’s worked in customer service for over 10 years. Henry Alcalá is the best!!!!

I've lived at this property for about 2 years now and I love it!! The staff is amazing! I've never had an issue that has not been addressed within 24 hours. Madison is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I recommend them to any family and friends looking to move!

This is my 3rd year living here at Eastshore and has been amazing! Especially because of our amazing assistance manager Henry Alcala, what I love from him is that he is always with a smile and willing to help in everything, every time when I have an issue even if is minimum he quickly respond and sent the maintenance guys, he is the one who makes living here a very good experience, plus the building is in excellent condition and super clean!

When we moved to the DFW area, we looked at at least a dozen apartments, and none of them compared to Eastshore on Lake Carolyn. The amenities, location, look, and community that this apartment offers can not be beat! Each apartment complex has their issues, but all of the positives outweigh any possible negatives that exist (which is not many). I truly believe an apartment complex can be awful due to the team in the front office, but Henry and his team are amazing and really elevate the experience here at Eastshore. The maintenance staff is amazing and the woman who keeps the apartment complex tidy is so sweet - she tells me good morning every time I see her! If you are looking for a place to live in this area, I highly recommend Eastshore on Lake Carolyn!
