They offer a free checkup of your transmission. They checked mine, said it was okay, and didn't charge me a cent. Very honest, very knowledgeable, staff.

The team at Eagle Transmission in Irving are amazing. They scoped out the issues with my 2019 F350 Dually very quickly. Then provided a detailed plan and cost to fix it, and had my truck back to me earlier than they promised. This is the best experience I've had with any auto repair company. If you are looking to have a high level of customer service and integrity when it comes to fixing your vehicle, I would highly recommend them.

Had our company fleet vehicle repaired and had a great experience. Todd was great at communicating the troubles found, cost associated to fix, and time needed to repair. They were able to answer any questions I had and provide documentation for the warranty as well.

Great experience here! Rebuilt my 10 speed transmission on my F150. The service was great and they finished quicker than what I was originally told. Today I took it back in for their complimentary check up and all is well. Definitely recommend

Since I step into the place, my instict told me RUN AWAY! the guy at the front desk was such a jerk, he told me that I had it to wait 3 hours for them to inspect the Transmision, and I told him I was there with my 4 year old daughter if he could just put the machine to get the codes out and figure it out what was wrong like other shops that I went to did, and he stated with a long face I guess ok I can do that ...but after waiting 30 min in the waiting room, I had it to go to the gas station walking to get my daughter some water and snacks, when I came back, he told me they run the machine and test drive the car and he gave me the page with the codes, he stated that it will be aprox $2095 .00 to rebuild the transmission but he said that once they open the transmission it could take more money to get some other parts for the transmission .... o.k so I told him so you are saying you will charge me all that money just to open up the whatever it has to be open , and then it will be more for the parts, I said no thank you, he stated with a laughing face I will not recomend to drive your car anymore, you have to get the job done now here, I was already leaving and when I was taking my car out of the shop and turning at the right just to leave the place my car got stuck and I had it to turn on and off the power to get it going and it was doing horrible noises that before was not doing , def when they "drove it and tested" they messed it up even more the transmision they might have forced it or something. Just to let you know I will not have the transmision done in your shop, you guys are nasty just because I'm a woman, you guys think I don't know what you dummies did.
I will pay my hard work money to a real and honest transmission shop repair.
I'm posting these pics as evidence that I did went to your location.
