Man !! Came here to get my INS rental. The guy at the front acted like a female for no reason. Example this person will ignore you give you attitude over asking simple questions. I told him man to man you don’t have to act in a childish way. Asked this man can I see the rental first before signing anything. This man said it’s only one we got look outside. I said where is it ? He said right there. I said sir I don’t work here show me. With an attitude and being rude started going off on me. I advised no wonder u guys have horrible reviews. Stay away from here

I came to see Rashaad at the Irving Hertz location next to target the customer service experience was amazing. I highly recommend anybody who was looking for a good rental to come check out this location the reviews don’t tell good you have to check it out yourself.

Receipt makes no sense, charged me without telling me, the insurer of the person who hit me should have paid everything. Update: Deceptive and misleading at the Irving Branch, told me their protection plan was only 120 $ not a different charge per day of rental. Lying to take people's money. Also asked to be contacted in March via the Hertz website, guaranteed response in 72 hrs. Never got one. When I returned the car they stated that was all, no outstanding dues, thought was sent a bill in error which is why I made an inquiry in the first place that they never responded too. My credit score suffered when I was sent a bill the next month. Not even upset that I was tricked into signing for a very expensive protection plan but the fact I was told differently when returning the car and my credit score is down. Paid the rest of the bill though, hopefully no more drops in my score. Assuming this is why it is not a Hertz rental and now a Dollar car rental instead with these types of business practices. By the way, link never worked that the owner sent.

Warning! The employees here are trained (per the employee!)to mislead you into spending more than you plan to. I was given the “choice” of basic or premium insurance coverage, no choice at all for no additional coverage. I declined the advanced coverage with no intention of paying for insurance through Hertz. Upon rental return, I found that not only was I charged for insurance, but also an advanced road side package I never even heard of. Employee in store shrugged me off and begged me not to write this honest review as it would impact him, yet had no problem charging me more in fees than my rental was worth. Don’t be fooled by a nice employee, feels like an act used to lure you into unwanted extras.

After 3 hours on the phone with corporate hertz and having a prepaid reservation, a gentleman at this rental location saved my rental and got me in a car in less than 15 min. I ended up hanging up on corporate. After he arrived and I talked to him, he made a phone call and had me in my car in less than 15 minutes. He seemed the only capable employee with a good attitude and knew how to get something done. Two other employees were cold, short, and not helpful upon initial arrival.The 4 star instead of 5 was due to terrible corporate support on the phone and other employees. It would have been 0 if he hadn't been there, and I could give 0.

Worst experience ever. We asked to use credit card coverage and they flipped on us. Yelled at us and refused us service. Ruined our vacation plans.

Very, very dirty car. Clearly didn't clean it.Staff wasn't at their desks for 30 mins, had to hunt them down. Couldn't find car for a while.Person at the desk was nice, but man, took over an hour to get a super dirty car, and I was the only one there.
