Terrible service here. Brought my car in to simply patch a slow leak on a warranty tire. This is after calling in and being told they were not busy and would have me out the door quickly. Dropped my car off and proceeded to wait over an hour before they even took my car in. Watched multiple vehicles/customers that definitely arrived after me get fully serviced before me and leave before my car was even taken into the garage. I don't understand what the problem here is. Thinking of finding a different place for my tires after more than a decade of being a discount tire only customer for multiple family and business vehicles. Best part? when they finally finished and gave me my car the guy had the nerve to say that all they ask is I provide an honest review. You gotta be kidding me... You service myltiple customers that came after me first, make we wait over 1.5 hours on a 5 minute warranty patch job, and instead of apologizing for unintentionally or intentionally pushing me to the back of the line, you have the nerve to say a snide comment to me about leaving an honest review? GTFO here...

The service at this location is incredibly good. I had a slow leak in one of my tires. My rep quickly assessed the situation and had my car into the bay in less than ten minutes. 10 minutes later my tire was repaired and all tires were rotated as I requested. I don't think anyone can do it better.

Didn't even actually have a tire issue, pulled in because all my lights came on and my battery died, and Jose made a game plan to help me get to Autozone. Great people work here.

Had a nail in a tire yesterday, and the tire was covered by the road hazard warranty. Ben, at the N. MacArthur store, took care of getting the replacement tire ordered, and scheduled the installation for this afternoon when I got off work.

Went for a TPMS sensor fault. Was quick to identify the one which needed to be replaced and changed it in no time.

Really great customer service overall!!!!!
Had the worst day needing to repair a flat, and within 40 minutes, it was repaired!!!!
It looked beyond busy, but did they move fast!!!!!!
Just all the more reason I get my tire needs from Discount Tire!!!!!!!

Had a slow leak. Staff stated hole was too big to patch. It was not. Hole was from a nail. Took tire to different shop and had repaired with zero issues. Beware the “unable to repair” scam. Sure, if it’s in the sidewall or visibly large. The intent is to push you into a new set. Long time customer of DT. Not anymore.

Service 10 out of 10
Very friendly and patient service, all the stuffs there are so nice. Chuck is a great gentlemen who helped me out, he’s very knowledgeable , and responsible. Because of my front left tire is very dangerous to dive with, he was strongly recommended me to change them out ASAP, he even offered me to let some guy to picked up the tires I want. I can feel he’s really worried about my safe, and try his best to help me out. Will Highly recommend this location to everyone who need tire change.
