excellent place, I went there for pet food donations as I have fallen on hard times as of late. For my two cats they gave me two cases of wet treats, and a quite large bag of Nulo duck based dry cat food, very good quality. No questions asked.

They take really good care of the animals here. Sure, they're bored and lonely in their cages, but they're clean and well-fed and loved by the staff.

DFW Humane Society is a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter dedicated to giving unwanted pets a second chance in life through adoption. We share our shelter facility with Irving Animal Services which has different operating hours. If you arrive before 1pm on our open days, please call us at 972-721-7788, and a staff member will let you inside.
