“No complaints here towards the HomeGoods side, but the TJ Max side is the reason the check out is so long. Employees who strictly work on the HomeGoods side of the store are not allowed to work the register. Idk why that is, but it is. So please don't listen to reviews on here bashing HG employees for "standing around" during closing. HG can't leave the store at night until the very last customer is gone. Even if the HG side of the store is clean. Please be patient, they're some of the best people I know and are such hard workers. ❤️”

“Clothes are thrifty, place could use some organización. One lady bought an extra long mirror and.tried going out the door with the basket. The cleark quickly told her she could not take the basket outside. They put bars on the basket so high that you cannot drive them out the door and convienantly take your purchases to your car.
He proceded to tell me why they attached the long roads to the basket. The store does not want to pay anyone to bring the buggies back in from the parking lot. My thought is thos. What about the frail people who can not carry a 40 lb. mirror ti their car. My goodness. What has retail stooped too?”

“I went to Ross for some cologne and realized it was not cologne it was after shave so I came to return them today and was able to return thanks to the manager Ms. Delma! She was very helpful”
“I love my Irving mall. The stores are a little run down and so are the people, but this is my local mall so I end up coming in at least 2x a week. The best part about the mall is the AMC movie theater that has an awesome full bar. Like seriously, they serve liquor, make margaritas, and my favorite make a mean pina colata! The anchor stores used to be Dillars, Burlington, and Sears, but Sears is now closed. There's a GNC, Vitamin World, Trampoline park, and fitness connection all in the mall. Lots of cool, small indy stores too. Tons of weird finds. The mall's not fancy but its a good enough place to go to kill time and people watch when bored. Usually I'll end up spending some money at Los Lupes or the food court. Come find me!”

“I just had the best experience with a Cashier at Target in my entire 47 years of life. I'm definitely going to fill out their survey but had to share how great Lathesia is at her job! I had to be at the airport in California at 5:15am this morning to fly here for work. I didn't sleep well (maybe 2 1/2 interrupted hours total) last night. I got off the plane, got my rental car and went straight to the office. I worked until almost 6pm. I wanted nothing more than to hole up in my hotel room, sleep, and not speak to anyone until I was forced to at work again tomorrow. I knew I needed groceries and some toiletries for the next 2 weeks and if I went to the hotel, it wasn't gonna happen. So I forced myself into the store (and almost walked out just out of exhaustion). I got in a very long line but it was moving impressively quickly. I started paying attention to Lathesia. She was treating every customer like they were her next door neighbor. She was efficient and really seemed to connect with each person she helped. As it was my turn, she asked me if I had a Target card... and then she added "Or the App". I order on the App for pickup on my way home from work in California all the time. I had no idea you could use it in store too! NO ONE has ever asked me that before (I shop at Target weekly). She then showed me how to use it in store and saved me $$ by using rewards money I didn't even realize I had (or had been losing all the other times I was in store shopping). She turned my day around with her kindness and helpfulness. Thank you Lathesia!!!!!! You deserve a raise and a promotion to train all others to be as great at customer service as you!”
“There is so much stuff here and amongst a lot of cheaper items that are quite a few brand names with good quality pieces.
From Home items, clothing, activewear and shoes plenty of options.
The store closes on the side of the mall at 8 pm on the weekdays, and 11pm on the other side, I took off one star just because it is too messy and only one person at checkout just after 8 pm”

He even took time out if his busy day to further help me find the correct baby formula that was being covered by WIC (unfortunately Walmart does not accept WIC for baby formulas). Mr Artwood was super busy with his coworkers asking him questions but he still took the time to handle my problems first. Love going to this Walmart with Mr Artwood in charge. Thank you Mr Artwood for your great customer service and friendly neighborhood atmosphere.”
“Not much more you can say about Walmart supercenters. I went during the week during the day and it was not crowded at all. This particular location has a ginormous self checkout which was easy to navigate. I have been choosing to have receipts texted to my phone in the recent past that they have adapted that procedure. It is of note that you may not get the receipt as soon as you walk away from the register. There was someone being checked as I walked out but I walked past them with just a few items.”

“I've been coming to this Target for a few years now and overall it's been a positive experience. The store is typically pretty clean and has all the items I usually need. The checkout process could be a bit quicker, since the line will sometimes get really long and you’ll end up waiting for 10+ minutes. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is because they sometimes run out of popular items and take some time to restock. I still would recommend this store for everyday needs.”
