This is a wonderful place. My mini schnauzer loves them. Drop-off is in the morning and for the safety of the animals we don't go in. You can see through the glass. Everything is transparent. Cash or check only. They love our babies!

We came to get my great Dane's nails trimmed. They turned us away. She acted like she was super bothered that we even asked for the service.

If I could give 0 stars, i would. My puppy was there the entire day and never got groomed. They said he was too nervous, but a phone call from them would've been nice. I dropped him off before 9am, had to call them to check on him at 3:15, since I hadn't heard anything from them and I picked him up by 4, since we had wasted the entire day. I waited 2 weeks to get in there to get him groomed, so by that point, he really needed it, but it was a waste of time. They also had me meeting them in the parking lot instead of inviting me in, which seems really sketchy. I'm just now reading reviews of other dogs having gotten fleas, so now I'm going to have to wash him and keep an eye out for that. It is all ill kept and ill managed. I won't be going back!!

I'm amazed by how much patience these people have. My doodle was rejected by petsmart due to "agression". Carrie just called it puppy ADHD lol. They recommended sessions to help my doodle adjust to the process.

I book appointment twice. I waited for a month . Receiption guy doesn’t answer me correctly. How many time should I book appointment for my dog goku and Casper. You need to tell me what time should I drop my dog before I work at night time I didn’t pick up call at 7:43 I was sleeping .When I woke up at 9:44 to ask when should I drop my dog … oh sorry madam you can’t bring you dog . This is one day storyBefore that I book appointment he didn’t call me when time was and I don’t why they don’t want to take my dog ..worst experience I have hadz….

My poodle has been getting groomed at this place so many years! I wouldn't trust anyone else with her. They have patience with her and she doesn't get any skin cuts.

They have always been very good with Natasha and she's a Siberian Husky that has very deep shedding they Furminate her all the way one time every time. I will never go anywhere else.

I absolutely love this place! I take all 3 of my dogs for grooming and they do a fantastic job every time. One of my dogs is an old timer and has some leg issues. They listen when I tell them his condition and they communicate well about his experience. They always smell great and are nice and clean. This is now our home groomer. Def recommend!!

They really care about the pet and giving best treatment. Our dog is so much happier and feels great. Price is reasonable, I gave tip. The service we received should have cost more.
