Great lobby, and guest facilities.
I parked there for my flight to Las Vegas and rode their airport shuttle to Delta departure gates.
Very nice place.
Pleasant support staff.
Nearby activities: DFW AIRPORT AND IRVING SHOPPING!!
Safety: I was traveling alone, had good sense of security there.

I’m very disappointed! I called for a pickup and it took 51 minutes to get a pickup. The first time I called, they told me I had bags in hand before I could call packing request a pick up so I called back.
When I called back they said go to A10 in the purple to get a ride. After waiting 40 minutes, we saw a Marriott van fly by us. I called back and asked about the ride. He mentioned he rather be there within five minutes. 10 minutes later the ride arrived and stated that the other van thought we were at a different terminal a different gate even though they told us to go to A10. You pick up time took an hour and was very poorly handled. We will not use this service in the future and will advise not to do so either.

It's not a five star review but given all the bad reviews I was pleasantly surprised
Stayed here twice in the last few weeks as an overnight pre flight stop.
Really great service from staff, nice lobby area
, clean room and very comfy bed.
Ordered a burger from room service on my second stay and it was amazing
Will definitely stay here again

Has 2 rooms booked for one price an got to the hotel and it cost around $67 more. The employee was no help in telling me why just said that it was today's rates.
The room had a roach looking bug dead on the shelf. The toilet had Hair on the seat and bowl. There where a couple other cleanliness problems but nothing major.
Couldn't find the complementary breakfast. Found the coffee though definitely an eye opener.

Horrible place to park for DFW flight. Hotel doesn't answer calls even though it says open 24/7. One lady did answer and was extremely rude and our shuttle didn't even arrive. The website says shuttles run every 30-32 min, this is not true at all. DO NOT USE OR BOOK AT THIS HOTEL.

Lola over the front desk has been absolutely wonderful and instrumental in us having a great time this weekend! We came in for the Dallas bachata festival, and I’m sure that was absolute chaos for the front desk but everyone handled it so gracefully and gave great customer service. Lola genuinely cared about everyone having a wonderful time.
The room was clean, AC was cold, beds were comfortable and the WiFi worked great. So glad DBF has their convention here, it’s our second year to room at the hotel and we will definitely be back. Thank you again Lola and her team!

They charge $7 for internet access and it is terrible service. The front desk person tells us she will sign us up for bonvoy and it will be free.
You'll never guess... The fees for the internet were on the bill.
It's 2024 who charges for internet access? It's like the toilet in the room it should be part of the price.
Also search "marriott ftc settlement data breach". Yet another wonderful way to show how disposable and irrelevant their clients are to them.

Four elevators to drag my old man body efficiently to my room. Hotel is very accommodating and super clean. The hot tub was there to help my joint pain.
Bartending can use some additional help though. So many people want to get drunk and two people is not enough to work the bar area.

Located close to the airport. The biggest downside is parking. You have to pay and it's in need of repairs. For low riding vehicles, be careful.

We actually didn't stay at the Merriot we just shuttled to the airport from there but the man who drove us to the airport was so nice I felt I had to leave a review. I didn't catch his name, unfortunately but he had such a pleasant manner it just made feel good and uplifted my spirits:) He also saved us from going to the wrong gate. Hope he is paid well, he knew his stuff.
