This got to be the SLOWEST pharmacy in Irving everrrr !!
Whether you’re in-store or at the drive thru, it takes a good half an hour to complete your transaction even if there was only one person ahead of you.
They need to schedule /hire more associates!!

Waited for them to answer the phone for 10 minutes, they never answered. I drove 15 minutes to get there and they tell me they are out of stock of the name brand and CVS brand OTC medicine I’m looking for. At least 3 employees were working in the pharmacy and nobody answered the phone. No wonder this store has such low ratings.
