The manager called the police on a black man drinking a Gatorade on the outside of the store for being scary. He was not bothering anybody and was just trying to get hydrated. This happened at 8:45 pm on March 6th.

I would give the pharmacy a 1/2 star rating because I read up through several articles about Novavax and I went in to have it done after work and on a very busy traffic Friday. The person at the pharmacy said that I didn’t need to get the Novavax and then said that I can’t get one because I already had a vaccine that covered the JN1 variant. Well that’s not what I have been reading in the news and journals! The new variant didn’t come out until after I had the vaccine and there’s been no vaccine available until after December 2023. I don’t know what he figured I would buy from what he was saying! I won’t go back to that pharmacy EVER again!

The front of store staff is great and, usually I have no issues with this location but, today, my experience with a pharmacist over the phone was really jarring and off putting.I called to let them know my doctor hadn’t received the prior authorization for my prescription and I wanted to ask if it could be sent again. I was met with a sigh and a “Jesus Christ” before being put on hold. Then, when my call was picked back up I got told “we’re sending it” and got hung up on before I could even verify they had the right fax number.I understand being busy and stressed but that was just really jarring and off putting.

They were wonderful. I could see they were busy, but they behaved patiently with every customer. I could see how the old couple before me were satisfied with the answers from the front desk. I was in a rush, but I enjoyed their attitude regarding me and them.

The doors… oh my! Please replace them! It’s so unwelcoming to have one of your employees take up half the make up aisle to stock. No hello. She seemed annoyed that I walked in the aisle. I left.

Once again, if I could give negative stars I would!!! This store NEVER OPENS ON TIME!!! EVERY day people are standing outside waiting on an employee to show up!Not every now and then, but every single day of the week! Do better or get another job! Geeze!!!

I enjoy going to CVS because I can find everything with ease, and with a good price. All of the employees are great, they are all very friendly and helpful. Especially Juan, he goes above and beyond in his customer service. I will definitely be back!
