This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. I had my online profile set up so auto refills won't happen and yet this location still kept filling them and blowing my phone up up through both calls and text to pick them up. I called to get it handled 3 times before it stopped. I stopped using my meds for a few months to focus on one issue. I've now been advised to resume my meds and guess what is no longer online. It seems my prescription was deleted entirely rather than put on hold. I will be switching to a different pharmacy because now I have to jump through hoops to get medication that had refills through the end of this year.

I just went into this store for a passport photo for my son. We were welcomed in by staff member. As hs was starting take photo, the manager (not sure if assistant or not) came over to say the passport photo could not be done because the store needed to be stocked. We walked out of the store shocked. We were there for service that was about to be rendered, however management felt it was more important to get items stocked on aisle 1 instead.

I have been doing business with this CVS for years as I used to live in the area. The pharmacy and all its personnel is a disaster. They are clueless and should be replaced immediately. I arrived about 15 minutes after leaving the doctor. There was one person in line being helped. I was next, I let the cashier girl know my details, and I was picking up a prescription that was just sent over. Apparently, she was confused about what she was supposed to see. She went looking through bags of prescriptions. I told her that I have a delivery order that I did a couple of days ago, but I am here for a new prescription. She instead ignored me and asked someone to cancel my delivery order. I prepaid for the delivery order, so I was not going to pay for it twice. I did not ask for it to be canceled. I called my doctor to see if they could send new prescriptions again, which they did, plus they called the pharmacist to confirm. After about nearly an hour, 20+ other customers, they still hadn't called me. I am sitting in the lobby in plain view waiting. I get up to asked if my order is ready. The little girl asked me did I get a text, I said I have been waiting for nearly an hour. She then tells me to get in a 10 person line. I went to the "manager" on duty. He came back with me to tell them I would not have to wait, which I repeated loudly. The pharmacist comes over stating they only received one of the two prescriptions. Frustrated, I just said give me what you have so I can go home. I am sick and just can't wait anymore. I'm going to transfer my prescriptions out of there. I will be writing to the corporation as well.If I could give a zero rating I would.

I had to stop by four times for the same prescribed medicine for last two days. Everytime with a new problem. They don't even bother to cross check the age of the patient and provided tablet instead solutions.

Very bad service. They will take long times to get the prescription ready. Advice to avoid this pharmacy.

The guy assisting people at self-checkout noticed I had an injury and struggled to walk. He offered to walk my item to the checkout, which I accepted and stayed until I finished and then offered to help me to my car, I didn’t need to walk to car but helping to checkout was very welcomed. Impressive attentiveness!
