This cricket is horrible!!! Always closing early it's 4:30 pm on 11-1-23 and their closed, the lady with the long black hair is extremely rude! I hate coming here and definitely about to change phone companies!

No down side to Cricket. AT&T network at a fraction of the cost. I think Mexico and Canada are included too. The customer service is genuine too.

I wouldn’t give one star if I had an option . The girl and guy didn’t greet us and when they finally did she told us they didn’t offer is anything else they clearly didn’t wanna help us. Customer service sucks here . .

My girlfriend went into cricket to buy a new phone and the lady who helped her was being dry and wasn’t being helpful at all! It felt like she was judging a book by its cover! A bit discriminating! My gf told her she was looking into getting an iPhone and the lady only wanted to offer my gf the iPhone SE and iPhone 11 which I’m assuming were the cheapest ones! But my gf asked bout iPhone 14 started telling her those were more! But once she saw she got qualified she acted all shock! How unprofessional!! I assumed if u work at a place like that you would want to be the best sales person you Can be

I came to this location at 6pm and the door was locked but the open sign was on. I called and someone answered and acted like they didn't know the door was locked. She opened the door for me thankfully and im not mad about that by the way. I understand, maybe she was in the back with some stomache issues and had to take a big dookie. It happens!I tried to do a new activation and she said I could only do $50 plan or more for the first time. Then the following month I can change to a lower plan.I don't appreciate being lied to/or being just another phone number for your system. I understand you will have a better activation ratio and will get more commission if I activate on your higher end plans but it's not fair to the customer.I feel like you should prioritize your customers needs over your own.Or just stop lying because immediately I called another location and they said I could do a new activation on any plan I want. In conclusion I will not be returning to this location.

I have been a customer of Cricket Wireless for many years. I choose this company because you can get adequate cellular service at a decent price for multiple phones. The customer service is terrible. I have reported suspicious activity on my phone and truly think it has been compromised in some way. I called customer service and they offered no solutions. I "googled" my problem and was told that changing the SIM card may help. So I go to this business to get another SIM card, delete one phone so that I can obtain another service. The computer would not allow Bryan to sell me the product. He could not figure out why I could not obtain another service. So I called customer service myself at the location and they stated that I should go to Best Buy and buy the product and then they could help me. Bryan spoke with someone via chat and that person could not help him. So he picked up the phone and called a "Cricket representative " who proceeded to ask him for his computer ID number. Why would a Cricket representative who has access to the same information need Bryan's computer ID number? I attempted to report this to a supervisor at a later date and that customer service representative would not help me. My phone since has more suspicious activity including deletions of messages.

No contract phone service. Absolutely nothing special or interesting about it. No specials running to make you want to switch. But my sworn enemy AT&T, has trusted cell service so there's that at least. Join if you like, they really don't care either way because they know iphone customers never end. Thank God the iphones are soon to be a thing of the past.
