Very Greedy people. When I asked for asked for estimate for payment or refund before filing extension. They said they will do later. They first thing they asked was credit card, ssn, address to file extension. Simple 2 mins filing they charged and didn't even inform whether I owe to IRS or anything until I asked. When I asked about to estimate after filing extension and they were asking money for estimate. Krishna Arora is very cunning person.
I had to separately to IRS website and pay the money. Stay away from them.

They did a wrong filing for us in 2022 , for which we had to pay back a penalty and $1400 to IRS. Upon contacting them, they acknowledged the mistake but did not refund any part of the $350 filing fees. Never going back.

Had a really bad experience. Received 2 audit notices and no help from the company, even after paying all those audit fee's during filing.Called them multiple times, left voicemails, emails and no respond at all.Definitely wont use their service and would not recommend. I ended up loosing more than 1200$ using their service.
