Place was so packed I had to pay to park somewhere else. Our room was very mediocre. The air barely worked. Took all Night just to get cool. The fridge does not work. There are rat droppings behind the bathroom door. A staff member had their child running around in the parking lot barefoot after 10 pm. Which is fine until the child ran up to me for the 3rd time. This time he spit a sunflower seed at me! There is trash all over the halls and in stairwell. Don't waste your money here.

It was an OK hotel. Very dated. The shuttle service is shared between 6 other hotels, so good luck getting one. I waited a good 40 minutes, my van mates each complained about hour + waits.Checkin process was fast and easy, staff was friendly. Room was OK. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing extra. There was quite a bit of noise coming from the rooms on the way to my door, but once inside, it was quiet enough.The breakfast was very simple -- waffles, yogurt, eggs and sausage, cereal. The coffee out of the machine was terrible. Don't bother.All in all a solid 3.

A little confusing getting from the airport. We were told to take "a white van with the word north on it", which was not helpful.The bed was comfortable and room was clean.Breakfast wasn't available at the time it was supposed to be, basic selection of eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, yogurt

I was given a key to a room that was already occupied on my first experience arriving and treated poorly on my 2nd arrival within the same week. The gentleman who greeted me upon entry of HIS room looked like he was confused in some way upon seeing me and my daughter coming in as he should have. When I came back from my flight. I attempted to use the shuttle service in which the gentlemen who answered at the front desk hung up on me several times. The shuttle driver yelled at me after I waited almost 2 hours for a shuttle late at night. I ended up paying an uber driver. When I arrived to the hotel the same gentleman who gave me the wrong key was there and was very rude. He attempted to charge me a safety deposit the second stay. I then was picked up the next day by my sister whom said they for no reason, tried to refuse giving her cash safety deposit back when she visited a few months earlier upon taking a flight as well.

Terrible service, we lost our connection flight to Orlando and had to get a reservation ASAP, the shuttle never came after 1 hour waiting, and when we got to the place the system was down, if you are going to book on this hotel don’t expect much, and the rooms had a bad smell too

Terrible smell when you walk in, the room was okay, but the jacuzzi tub that we paid for was broken and super loud when you turn on the jets. It sounded like something screaming in your ear the entire time it was turned on. Could not enjoy a peaceful bath. I would not recommend this place… if yall wanna stay happy stay away.
