“We ordered Christmas outfits for our whole family, and due to a small mix-up, the pants I received were the wrong size. I contacted the designer, and their customer service was truly outstanding. They were kind, polite, and genuinely focused on making sure I had something nice to wear for Christmas.
Since the correct size slacks were out of stock, they offered me a different outfit of my choice and sent it overnight at no extra cost. They also promised to send the correct size slacks later as soon as they become available. They didn’t charge me a single penny, and the outfit they sent fit perfectly.
I’m very grateful for their care, professionalism, and commitment to their customers. Highly recommended!”

“I went to Manyavar as my last option a day before my wedding as my wedding Sherwani was messed up by the designer, I called them and Shankar was kind enough to keep the store open right before closing. He went above and beyond when I explained him the situation and helped me find the right Sherwani which I needed , people like Shankar prove why having empathy and compassion towards fellow people is important in life, he was happy to answer all my questions and gave me good suggestions which made the decision easier and a lot less stressful. I would recommend Manyavar and Shankar to anybody who wants to get a good customer service along with a good product.”

The selection of Islamic gifts is impressive, including beautifully crafted Qurans, English and Urdu Translation Quran, Kids Story books, alcohol-free fragrances, and stunning Islamic calligraphy. The daughter who assisted us was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making our shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. “I love my Irving mall. The stores are a little run down and so are the people, but this is my local mall so I end up coming in at least 2x a week. The best part about the mall is the AMC movie theater that has an awesome full bar. Like seriously, they serve liquor, make margaritas, and my favorite make a mean pina colata! The anchor stores used to be Dillars, Burlington, and Sears, but Sears is now closed. There's a GNC, Vitamin World, Trampoline park, and fitness connection all in the mall. Lots of cool, small indy stores too. Tons of weird finds. The mall's not fancy but its a good enough place to go to kill time and people watch when bored. Usually I'll end up spending some money at Los Lupes or the food court. Come find me!”
“I've never been to DD's discount but definitely heard a lot about them from other people, and now I see why. I was blown away by their selection!! It's like a Ross/ Burlington but with cheaper prices, I would say if you're planning to go to one of those stores, try DD's. They have beauty products, home items, snacks. I'll definitely be back...I'm thinking about doing my whole home over lol.”
“Amazing customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by Lizzy. She helped me pick out some good jeans. She is very hard working unlike her co workers. If you walk in regularly you will notice she is the only one that actually works. She is always making sure the store is ready and presentable for the next customer that walks in. She goes above and beyond to make sure you find what you need while her co workers are doing nothing. She is very very helpful to say the least. I would recommend this store when lizzy is there.”
