Chasity was my sales person. She has the most bubbly attitude. She showed me a vehicle that I didn’t want but I ended up getting. I call it my soccer mom car but it’s really not. lol. She just don’t want a sale, she really look at the outlook and want you not to suffer with high notes when it’s all set and done. Go check her out. I ended up with a 2025 LT Trax.

I hate coming here for my oil change — takes FORRRRREVER, even with an appointment. I’m still waiting for my steering wheel warmer , everytime I call and ask about it 1) they have no idea what I’m talking about or 2) the part hasn’t came in yet it’s been about 8 months now. The people are nice though ✨.

You step in there, and it's like a cemetery. People in their cubicles, some noticing you and others not but you are right in front of them. Had to find the receptionist who paged before I had somebody to talk to. Surprisingly, this situation is the second happening. Poor customer service attitude

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! When I brought in my vehicle to trade in for something newer, I had the worst experience anyone could have. They asked me what my payoff was to give me “what they valued the vehicle”. I went in prepared knowing what the car’s wholesale value was for dealers as well as the market value for what it would sell for and they LOW balled me. I’m talking over 3 grand in negative equity to carry over. Then they told me they would give me my payoff, but they casually slipped in over $3,000 worth of “optional additions” to the vehicle I was purchasing. This meant a “lifetime family warranty” for key replacement, paint less dent repair, and a couple of other things. Come to find out, that was only for one year. THEN I couldn’t even get a replacement key to begin with because they never gave me my second key to the vehicle I purchased. When I told them I didn’t want the “optional additions” like window tint and floor mats, I was told they had to add it to equate to my negative equity and that they couldn’t take it off. Wild. I ended up not even getting floor mats and had to get tint installed because there never was any even though I had to pay for it. Finance managers are sketchy, GM was even sketchier. Just go somewhere else.
