Good afternoon they’re asking for a review so I’m going to give it to you. I give them a one because they tell you one thing and they do another.Clay Clooney is not fair they told me and my boyfriend that a year after we purchased our Nissan Pathfinder that we could trade it in for another one because we were trying to get another vehicle and we’re paying $1004 every month for Nissan. We don’t have no warranty on anything on our car. Especially maintenance they just robbed people me and my boyfriend have been trying to trade the car for another one and they always given us a runaround and they always send us paper talking about. We want to buy your car but then when you go. They say you’re gonna be upside down with the car I will never ever go to clay clooney again ? to get a car or anything I’d rather go somewhere else all the advertisements y’all have are lies and best believe I’m not even gonna recommend it to my family or friends because the only thing they do is bra people they told me that I could get a car that I could afford and it’s a lie they gave me a car and I’m paying more than what I was paying for the recent car that I had because I had a 2017 pathfinder and I was paying 563 a month and now I’m paying double the price than I what I was paying for my other and the Nissan that I have now the Pathfinder is giving me problem that shakes like it wants to cut up. I’ve only had it for two years. I’ve taken it. They were supposed to give me my money back for the rental because the guy that I spoke to said, I should’ve never got charged for the rental, and I still haven’t seen my money. They haven’t refunded my money back. It was $140 something

As left on Dealer Rater: Clay Cooley in Irving Texas. Bait and switch. Advertised a Dodge Durango on their site for 28995.00. Called to set up test drive. Was told that they will set it up once we agreed on a deal. The "deal" was 28995.00 "plus dealer add ons. I told the lady, I DO NOT WANT ANY ADD ONS. She said if I buy from them, I would be required to purchase the dealer add ons. I said no. She said, okay, you don't have to pay for add ons. She was calling me back on the test drive. When she called back, she said the vehicle was actually at another dealership, the one in Duncanville. She said they have it for sell for 36995.00. I asked "what happened to the 28995.00?" She said that is the price "they" have it for. She said she would have to "purchase" the vehicle from that Clay Cooley dealer to bring it to this Clay Cooley dealer and the price would be more that the 36995.00. They "have to be able to make money on the deal". I said "no thank you" and hung up. I receive 10 - 15 calls, text messages, email DAILY from other dealers. This is the ONLY dealer I reached out to for this specific vehicle. I believe Clay Cooley sold my information for the purpose of retaliation for not taking their bait and switch.

Jesica Lopez is a HORRIBLE customer service representative and Joe Martinez made bad even worse!!!! This car been in the shop almost a month, I had to BEG for regular communication and updates. Then these people just lost the BEST Manager they had and had the AUDACITY to promote her to Manager!!!!
I'm so pissed I don't know what to do. Her call was played back, she was rude, snide and shirt during our conversation and she never knew anything! No updates, didn't know the process, when is my part coming, what's the time frame... NOTHING!!
And I finally get a call today that my vehicle is ready and it's not clean, they couldn't find it, took 25 minutes, a whole entire part was in my back seat that came from under my vehicle. She was my service rep initially and didn't check anything herself! I'm so disappointed I can explode... well I actually just did explode on her. I couldn't take the lack there of any longer! If you come, get anybody but Jesica Lopez!

Great buying experience at Clay Cooley! After finding and test driving the vehicle I wanted at another Hyundai dealer, I ended up having to find a different dealer due their lack of responsiveness and not being willing to pay for add-ons I didn’t want or need. I was on vacation and wanted the car when I got back. John, the sales manager, worked out a deal with me over the phone and text and I was able to pick up my Santa Fe when I got back to DFW. No surprises, no pressure, and no nonsense got me in and out within an hour. Would differently recommend them to my friends.
