Horrible horrible place. Did not like the shape of my nails and asked for it to be changed or the gel paint on my toes taken off instead they called the police. Very rude, very nasty place. If you love and respect yourself, please don’t go here. If I could rate it zero stars I would. Neither does your response change the story, you provide horrible service, assume all black people look alike, are racist, tell lies and that still has not changed 5 years later.

My regular nail salon is closed for renovations and decided to give city nails a try, worst mistake ever. As a person of color when people believe we all look alike and accuse you of having come there before and "complained" when I have never stepped your doors prior to that day is the highest form of disrespect and racism. if you are any other color apart from white, please stay away from this place.

I got a pedicure done there and If I could give zero starts I would! The lady who did my feet I’m assuming cut me and also gave me an infection where puss is coming out of where she did it!! Photo is showing how swollen this still is after letting the puss come out and cleaning with alcohol.

Do not waste your time or money! This Salon is not as nice as others in the area and the they have horrible customer service. I brought my daughter to get her nails done with me and the one she got assigned to act like she didn't want to do them. I got a hot stone pedicure and they told me if I want them to scrub my feet it's extra money and I was like well what is a pedicure then? They said it's only soaking your feet and clipping your cuticles. Smh!!! They are awful we did not even finish our service we walked out because of the lack of customer service. Vibe was horrible. We will not be back!!!!
