By far the best mechanic experience I've had! I was hesitant about visiting a "big name" shop due to bad past experiences, but saw the great reviews, and took the chance. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly, they didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need, and they provided a diagnostic on my overall car health with my service. The shuttle service is a great perk as well. They've earned me as a customer!

Great customer service and professionalism. Notification process abd details provided is clear and staff is always available to answer questions and provide their expert opinion to ensure customer has full info before making decision on spending money with additional fixes identified. Labour cost is higher.

Every single person that I interacted with was so friendly, this was by far the most welcoming mechanic I have ever been too. Jayson was incredibly helpful and explained what was wrong with my car very thoroughly, without making me feel out of place. I didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman who ran the shuttle service was also fantastic and it was an added bonus to not worry about how to get to and from. Overall I can’t recommend them enough, and will be coming here anytime I have issues in the future!

Took a 2007 Honda Civic to Christian Brothers Automotive at Valley Ranch in Irving, because the AC was dead and no air was coming from the vents. Paid $129 for diagnostic and was told that the car needs compressor, condenser, expansion valve, service ports, evac and recharge, and the cost $2400!!!!!!! I spent some time and searched YouTube and one said to replace the air blower motor. I ordered it from Amazon which cost $40 and it took 15-20 minutes to replace it. The AC is working fine now and the vent temperature is 58.6 f. I have been their customer for a long time, and will not take my cars there anymore.

I never had this much bad experience. They asked me 450$ some for mass airflow sensor but in Amazon it's 20$ which is not acceptable. Don't ever trust this kind of repair shop. And total they gave me bill of 7500$ some where my cost of buying my car is itself is 5500??? worst experience guys I literally don't suggest

Upon my arrival, I was experiencing a severe grinding noise. The team promptly examined the vehicle and identified the source of the problem as a rock lodged underneath the car. They swiftly remedied the issue at no cost to me.
My interactions with each team member were nothing short of exceptional. Their outstanding service is commendable. I look forward to returning to this establishment in the future.
