Why is ther no drive up? Why inside I cant I walk up and speak to a teller. Whose bright idea was it to block the wall off. This chase is 200 yds from my apt and I will never ever go here again. It's a waste of time for the teller to keep having to go back and forth behind a secure door to complete a transaction.

Pathetic service. I went with my 5 month baby and staff members were not even inviting to sit. No etiquettes to treat customers especially with a baby. No help provided and no ownership shown. all responses were like I am new here, I don’t know if this is right blah blah. Highly advise to not visit this branch as they have a fleet of untrained people. what a joke, shame on Chase for this horrible service!

This location at one time was actually a full service branch, complete with tellers and the requisite staff. I don't recall exactly when it was converted into the "lounge" concept but I would say during the onset of Covid-19. What this meant was the removal of most services, tellers in general, and a widespread reduction in staff. Basically they have limited access to cash, usually only one banker and one teller adjacent individual working at any given time. If you're a Chase Private Client customer, some of things you might be accustomed to, like free Cashier's checks, can take quite a bit of time to process here. You essentially walk inside to a freestanding desk, fill out the corresponding paperwork, and then wait for a clerk to run it into the back office. This office is literally behind a white unmarked door, which you can't see beyond. I personally find this somewhat jarring as they might have several intimate documents of yours etc. There are some generally disturbing practices that I have encountered here. One time when requesting a cashier's check, a manager protruded from the secretive back area to question me as to why I was withdrawing money from my account(s). As if that was any of her business. I explained politely that I was very perturbed by her line of questioning and that she should perhaps learn about tact and decorum, especially when dealing with the public. She grunted and returned to her liar, later reluctantly returning with my cashier's cheques. With all of this under consideration, I still find this location to be convenient as it's right next to a major postal hub. So in that respect I hope they don't shunt it, but it really wouldn't surprise me if they did.

This Branch never answers their phone. I have called 15+ times and cannot get ahold of anyone. I call the 24/7 number and reach someone only for them to tell me I have to talk the specific branch location to get my question answered and they give me the same branch location phone number that doesn't allow me to get ahold of anyone, sending me in what feels like an endless loop.Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!

The woman working at 9:30 am on Saturday 7/22 needs to get a job not in customer service. I walked in to withdraw cash and when I walked in, there were no teller slots which is fine, but I wasn’t sure where to go so I kinda looked around confused. The woman took that time to be rude and question why I was in the bank. I was trying to withdraw money to help pay for my family emergency, and she made an already stressful morning even more upsetting. She needs to have her employment reevaluated and definitely needs training on how to approach customers despite what type of hidden agenda she has. I’m contemplating on cancelling with Chase altogether because of this rep and I’ve been with chase for almost 10 years.

Called several times over several days and they never answer the phone and when they do they act like they are too busy to assist me. I'm really disappointed and feel that they should respect my time and value my business especially since I am a preferred customer there.
