Walked in the speak to banker and I was told to schedule a meeting online. I have never been turned away from a banking center when there are 2 private client bankers standing in the lobby greeting people. This was crazy.

They don't have any access to the inside atms after 5pm And then they only have OneDrive through ATM so it's a hassle if there is a line.

I was kept on wait for half an hour & then the clerk “Cyndi” denied notarizing the copies of original documents! So bad service, she could have told me out right!

This branch provides great service. The drive thru service is always reliable and quick. Mike Head was amazing and accommodated us today to open a new account. He was detailed, helpful and patient. Thanks Mike and the branch for the great service.

I came to the drive through today. I saw 3 tellers one on her phone the other guy was trying so hard not to make eye contact lastly the other guy finally turned to face the window ( after 10 min ). No one even acknowledged my present I had to push the button and still waited a good seven minutes before somebody even acknowledged I was there I saw two customers walked up to the windows both had received service and left before I was even acknowledged. Is it too much to ask for customer service at a bank.

Unprofessional, I made an appointment I got my confirmation email I received a reminder the day before, when I show up to my appointment the banker that was supposed to be there for me was sent to a different branch to assist different clients, and I was asked to reschedule as if my business not important to them.All I got was we are sorry. And there is nothing we can help you with.

Giselle Carreon went above and beyond helping us resolve our problems. We needed a special type of notary. Other bankers simply told us there’s nothing they could do. Giselle really spent time researching all the possibilities to point us to the right direction. When she realized her current branch didn’t have any available appointment she even tried to call around the other chase branches to help us find availability. I hope Chase would be able to see this review and reward her outstanding customer service bc I have never experienced even anything even close to her diligence and dedication.
