The management at this location is very rude......we tried to open a bank account and no one wanted to help......this bank doesn't care about new customers.

Crooks! They allowed me to open a trust account, deposit a rather sizable inheritance, then closed my account without notice. They have NOT released my funds. It has been over a month. Elgie acted like he was too busy to help me. I wouldn't bank here if it was the last bank in Irving Texas!

I was hesitant to use this branch because of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprise. Courteous staff and able to accomplish what I needed quickly on a Saturday morning
