Do Not!!!!!!! Come to this store he's not a great business man scammer for sure. I came there 2/27/2024 and everything has been a TRUE HEADACHE this man is going to get himself hurt playing with people personal information. He lied to me and told me AT&T do trade ins and my phone would be free... LIAR! I'm responsible for the entire $1,000 for the phone under falas pretense! Added my daughter a prepaid T-Mobile service on 2/27/2024 why the service is shut off currently barley was on for a full 2 weeks because he's doing fraudulent shxt under people name and once the phone company catches on you're at fault. Please only use cash do not give this man excuse me scammer anything personal like I did. I will be filing a police report on him personally and I'll be calling BBB ASAP! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!

The worst! Says they fix tablets and couldn’t fix mines. They kept my tablet for a month and say they are waiting for the screen. Had to go up there to get updates and they ended up giving me my tablet broken. Had to pay double to get it fixed. Ended up getting it fix in a day. Employee claimed that the technician doesn’t like to work.

I didn't purchase anything, but the worker was very friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely use them for any wireless repair needs. I'm probably going to buy a pre-owned phone from the for my next phone purchase too

Bad experience with this store, I bought an SE and when I tried to activate it with my carrier, I could not do it because it was blacklisted, lost or stolen, when I came back to try and get a new one or a refund, they said no refund was available, I could pay $100 extra for another phone or wait 1-2 days to see if they could find the another within the same price. The staff is not professional, and just be aware that if you purchase a defective device, you're taking a risk of not getting a refund.

I bought a device which did not work correctly, they gave me another one that did not work either, they gave me another one that is working but it is not what I bought, they kept calling me and it did not happen, I have called them but they do not answer me, for work reasons I had I had to move to another city but they didn't solve my problem and they gave me used equipment while they repaired the one I bought!
