This use to be my go to place but since I've hasn't been there the employees they have are slow, rude, and unprofessional.... they sold my bf watch behind his back...and they ended up getting him another one but a knock off wasn't the real deal....like his other one which was given to him smh....there was a guy there before told my bf his grace period was so and so date ....called again....and ended up begin a date earlier then what he said cause he wanted my husband shoes...cause he already asked before did my husband want to sell the shoes to him and he said no.....but that guy is no longer there....another incident happen today my husband told the lady he want grace period of 7-8-22....she purposely put the 7-6-22 lucky something told us to look at the paper....we went back in and told them the mistake and she gone say oh I accidentally calculated wrong bull crap she did it on purpose cause she don't like my husband.....and thought we wasn't gone notice and our stuff would of got sold again and on top of the 17 we already paid the charge 3 more dollars for there mistake.....we are done with this place soon as we get our stuff we won't ever deal with this lying....deceitful...manipulating place again....please ppl DONT GO HERE....THEY WILL SELL YOU STUFF BEHIND YOUR BACK AND KEEP ALL RECEIPTS....CHECK DATES AS WELL.....THIS PLACE IS CROOKED!!!!

The tallish fat guy with glasses should be fired for his outward attitude towards customers alone. I put 3 stars because every single other person at this location, is amazing and I’ve had great experiences with, even during disagreements. However, this employee was very monotoned, looked as if he was annoyed by me throughout the whole interaction, gave me a price on an item I wanted to sell, and then changed the price on the papers. I did not react or make a scene, that man was not even aware I was going to leave this review after. I signed the receipts, and he gave me the cash, and I walked towards the door, but before I walked out, as I was counting the cash, I noticed it was less than the amount he told me verbally. So I turned around and confronted him, and he lied directly to my face, and said he verbally told me the price that was printed on the receipts, which was the same amount he gave me in cash. I did not complain to him or anyone else at the store, because I feel that this should be brought to his managers attention, and the store was busy in that moment and I am very respectful when it comes to these things, I have a job myself so I understand. However, there was zero reason for him to have an attitude during the whole interaction as well as giving me the impression that he was annoyed by me, and helping other customers who ALREADY had an employee helping them, while I was waiting for him to finish my transaction. It should/could have been a 10-15 minute interaction, as I have been here before, however it took me 30-45 minutes to leave, simply because of how little care he had for my sale. Completely unacceptable behavior from any employee anywhere. I also would not have left a bad review about him, if all he did was tell me the truth that he made a mistake when he wrote down the price he offered me, or vice versa. I’m completely fine with the amount he gave me as well. I am not the customer who leaves these reviews and makes these kinds of claims. I consider myself the average customer. I know for a fact if one of his managers or GM witnessed this interaction, if not a leave of absence without pay, he would have been terminated immediately. For this reason I feel it’s urgent that one of his managers speaks to him about this situation. He also attempted to refuse my sale, because of the fact that I did not have a charger for my item. It wasn’t until I told him that I have already pawned this exact same item, at this exact same location, without the charger, that he said not to worry about it. Once again, completely unacceptable and horrible customer service. I should not have had to remind him of that. Anyone else wouldn’t have been able to sale their item. I do not want him to be terminated or fired or even relocated, just addressed. Much appreciated.

They are the absolute worst pawn shop and sold me a tablet that had a pin on it and then the lady sat in my face and lied talking about it worked fine when she had it they have the worst customer service and then they didn't want to do business with me again because she said that they didn't want to do business with me because I had too many problems with the way that they did business that's not if you value your money please stand clear of them they will sell you something and will not hold theyend
