They sell guns but just whenever a gun certified associate is there which is dumb they should always have atleast one there everyday it’s funny how they are all managers and nobody is certified they wait to get certified by the company if your where really interested you would get certified on your own to better assist the customers. This use to be the best pawn shop I don’t know what happened lots of the employees now are really rude.

ZERO! DO NOT PAWN ANYTHING YOU VALUE HERE I pawned a ring that was perfect when they took it but missing TWO STONES when i picked it up. The "manager" said "no we dont lose stuff."These are sapphires and in rare colors, i may never be able to fix my ring!! They are IRRESPONSIBLE!

Awesome store! I always great a hello or a hi how are you! Anna is the best she always looks pit for the customer. Her team is amazing and always has a good sense of humor. Durning these are times I feel like we all need a laugh. On team member always has a funny smiling donkey mask, you have to stop by and see it. I highly recommend this store.

Anna and her team are always amazing. I always feel welcome and greeted with a smile! I drive 20 mins just to go to this Cash America I literally have one 2 mins from my house and refuse to go. Anna has always been the best! She makes sure it's always about the customer and gives the best deals! Cash America needs more people like her and a team like DFW-75! I highly recommend! The store is always so clean and neat and full of fun! That's why I make the 20 minute drive rather if I need a loan or looking for something to purchase.
