Be careful of these people. I went in and saw that they were selling a Tag Heuer watch that was obviously fake. Told them it was fake and they put it behind the counter. I came back the next day and they put it back out for sale.

This place gives pawnshops a bad name, their DM should be around more often, cursing in front of customers is not professional and lady like, ladies! I’m glad I made the decision to go with who I went with! If your reading this go to Sunbelt Pawn a block down the street, they will treat you with professionalism and respect I promise that!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I DON’T recommend anyone to come here. I lost about 4 pairs of shoes because they didn’t even gave me a courtesy call to let me know it was the last day of grace. When I went to confront them, they claimed they did call me but I never answer, the last day of grace was on the 25th of December.. they were closed! So how could they have called me on a holiday when the store was closed. They also offer you so little money, but when they put it out on the sales floor they triple the price than what they had offer you. Honestly the old team did a way better job than these new lazy/horrible/clueless workers.

This is the best location I’ve been to after visiting other locations. I was able to negotiate with Melani, she never fails to give me the best offers, I recommend anyone to come to her not only for good offers but she’s very patient for someone indecisive like me.

The pregnant young lady Melany was so helpful. Greeted me as soon as I walked in and answered all my questions on a product I was interested in. I will definitely go back tomorrow to purchase.

I bought a defective product but when one of the employees wanted to return it, her way of expressing herself and gesticulations are quite despotic and unprofessional for someone like the customer, making me feel and see as if I were the one who wanted to scam. On the contrary, the manager, the person who sold it to me and solved the problem, is a very kind person.

Eduardo tried to say my gold was not real AFTER MAKING AN OFFER TO ME . Invest in educating /training your pawn brokers . I have experience in the pawn business and I CHECK MY STUFF BEFORE BUYING . Worst experience here . Just educate your workers bc whatever that was isn’t working . —I ended up going to another pawn shop , they were educated and of course my items were not fake like I told Eduardo 2x .This shop also provided Poor customer service . Not just with me but with another customer that was returning for a previously made offer , Eduardo ended up telling another co worker before that customer came in and said that he was going to drop that price bc he was returning. And ended dropping that price from the previous made offer and from what he stated before customer came in . I guess thats why I didn’t see this shop listed in the Dallas Observer voting .It was his job to provide good customer service , along with having the knowledge on what you’re doing and remaining professional. He failed . As a pawn broker and as a person.Customers do have the right to shop around for prices or even to take time to think if this is something they really want to move forward with . And to be treated in the way the other customer was and then me ??Unacceptable. With in 20mins how does one achieve to provide poor customer service to 2 customers at once? Wanna know ? Go ask Eduardo .

Walked in they gave me $100 for $800 worth of car audio. Fast forward and I took camera equipment and they started saying I'm not going to offer more than $30. Then got an attitude with my wife. Their lack of knowledge is disrespectful.

This shop is crooked. The punks here are crooks. They had already been low balling me since 2020.Recently,just to experiment,I brought in a smart TV.Offer was $20 to pawn or sell! What? I just bought the tv $138 plus tax.Had box remote.Everything.Remember this is an experiment.I said that's a joke and you know you are screwing the people that don't know any better.I went the next shop over and they offered $55.Also I've lost items because they will leave 30 minutes early.When I told the punk next day he said "that's why I always tell people don't wait till the last day to pay on your stuff". Sometimes we have no choice duh.If they knew they left early they should make it right but they don't.They just blame the system.
