Management is inconsistent. The office staff fails to return calls. There is no safety or security living here. The garage doors are always open, and the side doors have been broken for over a year. The package center is routinely broken and you are unable to access your packages. There have been several robberies, yet property management fails to make changes. Though the property is beautiful, with so much potential, the residents aren’t valued and you are never assisted with your needs. My experience living here has been horrible from the day I signed my lease.

I am a current resident this place is a headache the management change constantly never answer phones problems with parking and trash I can keep going! soonest my lease end I am out, package get stolen from mail room the system is very bad designed. Payments option keep changing if u are a traveler this will be an inconvenient also the property has plumbing problems were the pipes hit the wall when someone use hot water and the noise is like the bulding is going for Crack. I been in the office more times that I can count let them know but it wasn't never a solution that it was fair, until this day nothing is been fix. I give up. Any way don't move if u want to get what u pay for this property is expensive for what they offer. The only good thing is the location and tge lake view

If you're looking for a place that offers security - this isn't it. The leasing office is incredibly hard to get ahold of and does not prioritize fixing broken security measures. Do not live here!!!!!! Facilities are nice and well kept - but this does not make up for the strong lack of care towards residents and their safety by the leasing office.

Please advise when the apartments will complete the parking lot restriction gate and when will the apartments have controlled entry which is not be conducted.

I placed a maintenance request for my handheld rinse for the kitchen sink and they closed it the ticket without fixing the problem. Very poor customer service.

One of the best places I've ever lived! The lake view, gym, trail around the lake, room quality - everything is incredible! I worked with Clay Green and he's by far the friendliest leasing agent I've ever worked with. It didn't take me long to trust him and I knew he had my best interests in mind. Highly, highly recommend working with him and living in this complex to anyone!

Wonderful place to live. Facility is well maintained. Quality Property. Security is an issue. There are no gates on the garage so anyone can get into the building at any time day or night. Also Management will not restrict access to partying hours on the patio so sometimes parties go into the early morning making sleep a challenge.

For this to be one of the newer apartments in the area and with its price point, it falls short in various areas. The view (assuming you have a lake view) and the interior of the apartments is the only thing it’s got going.The gates never fully work so much for security for your vehicles.The parking garage is meant to accommodate two lane traffic but good luck with that especially when cars and trucks are parkedThe AC in the units blows so loud that every time it comes on you have to increase the volume of your TV or computer during conference calls etc.It is clearly that Construction Was cheaply done for this placeEdit:The fire alarms goes off so much it is unreal. It is clear that it was poorly designed (no fault of the Current management)For the amount of issues with this place it is certainly not worth the price of the unitsThe gate are still not working in over 6 months or soCame home at night to see people sleeping on the stairs. Mostly likely non residents. Certainly does not qualify as a gated community

My air conditioner has been broken for the past two weeks. Today I woke and the ticket was closed as if it were fixed when it has not been. Keep in mind it’s July in Summertime so my 5 month old and 3 year old are constantly sweating and hot.

Parking gate is broken and has been for months. Just beware there isn’t security or towing because they don’t want to deal with it if the gates are broken. Electric car chargers don’t work. Just be aware of what you are getting into and be aware of surroundings

I moved to the Carolyn Apts back in Sept 2020 and moved out this past weekend 7/8/23. I have to say that in the 3 years I was a tenant I have seen the place deteriorate. The grills almost never work. People put their trash out on days when trash is not scheduled to pick up making the hallways look trashy. There seem to be way too many residents per apartment as well. I had complained several times about the noise at all hours of the night from some of the tenants, but nothing was ever resolved. The garage gates have been broken for months now, leaving open access for anyone to come and go into the building. Don't even get me started on the mail room!!! I love the location of the apartment as it is in walking distance of many attractions, in my opinion, given the cost to live in these apartments, the level of service and cleanliness are very poor.
