If I come into a bank to open an account do not try to have me log into my acct to do it myself. It annoys me that I’m directed to do it online when I have been told multiple time I have to come in.

I went to atm to deposit but the money got stuck it gave some amount the rest got stuck and I called the support they raised claim and I went to bank they said we are not responsible for it the atm’s has separate vendors. Don’t know how many days will atm vendors take to just count the money which is already in the records of atm.

I'd give zero stars if the option was available. I went to the atm to deposit cash to pay a utility bill and the machine kept the card and money without depositing the funds. After speaking woth customer service I was informed that it would be 90 days before I got my money back and yhe debit card wpuld be destroyed. All this after driving around for 2 hours because none of the locations listed on their website are accurate.

The people are nice and helpful. However....... To have 3 atm's available and neither of the 2 outside available to dispense cash is unacceptable. Then to have to drive around for a 3rd time to receive teller assistance and wait 20 minutes to make a simple withdrawal is beyond my understanding. I like the online banking experience. But this live bank location experience is very sub par. Below average and needs a serious overall. As this is my experience at multiple locations.... It's giving "we don't care" vibes.

Easily accessible from Highway 114. I went to deposit cash at the ATM and it was ready for immediate use.

I have been with Capital One ever since they purchased ING Direct. I was initially upset by the takeover, but I have had zero complaints as a Capital One customer. This particular branch has been very helpful every time I have needed them

EXTREMELY rude customer service. Dealership sent me here for assistance with financing on 7/27 close to closing time. There was a [hispanic] looking employee with glasses, name starts with an A - already agitated when I approached. No greeting. A coworker (nice lady) explained to me that they didn’t offer what I was sent there for. I asked the gentleman to please write down where I could find the application I needed. He literally wrote down the general website. I said I’m familiar, but please provide the specifics of navigation so that I can find the application needed. He initially refused and said “just go in the site…”. So when * asked him to write down what he was telling me, he literally wrote “auto” to be smart and gave me the note back. Photo attached. I just looked at him and walked out. Please inform your employees on customer service. More specifically whoever that gentleman was. I got home, went to the general site he wrote, and it took me literally 20 minutes to find where I needed to navigate.

I've read the reviews prior to showing up to this location. Initially I was skeptical on whether I would receive some assistance. I have to say the level of service I've received was Class A. I don't know know what have transpired in the past, but I can say on this day I was provided with exceptional service. The moment I've walked in I was being greeted. I was asked if I needed help. I've made my request for a specific document. The employee completed my request in less than a few minutes.

The service is unbelievably poor. The staff and the manger are unprofessional. They do not have enough knowledge of their product nor the process. They will give you random answers just to. They need to train their employees better and coach them how to treat a customer. The manager is yelling from behind the wall giving instructions to a teller, teller is asking unnecessary personal questions from behind the glass, they take 20 min for a simple withdrawal transaction. I am closing my account with Capital one due to this. Very unhelpful.

Earlier this week I called Capital One customer service because I had a question about receiving a second card to a joint account. (As a call out, I had my own checking account with a debit card, but was added as a joint member on another account that I needed to have access to. This joint account was actually opened at my referral of Capital One. )The representative I spoke to offered very little help and information, leaving me very frustrated. All she told me was it was company policy that only 1 card was issued per customer. No further information was provided, just dead silence and no drive to try to better understand or inquire about the situation.I was ready to close all banking accounts with Capital One. I had to look for something that worked for my situation. I live in Arlington and was hoping to save an hour in travel to the Las Colinas location when I called in to this local branch, located at 4975 N O'Connor Rd, Irving, TX 75062.I spoke to Nicole and she was incredibly helpful to me. She explained the fairly easy solution to my problem that saved me the headache of having to change to a different financial institution. A HUGE shoutout goes to Nicole! She saved my day! THANK YOU, NICOLE!!!

ATM must be designed by an unruly teenage thug because it either doesn't work, or it takes your money. I've tried to make cash deposits at least 3 times where it's just taken my money and rebooted, or the rollers get stuck, or it just spits back 1/2 of my cash claiming that an error has occurred. I think the next time it does either of the above, I'll just go ahead and close out my account, it's that bad.
