Part of the beacon family.To the preson who gave a 1 star because they purchase material and waited 5 months for the roofer.This is a horrible roofer - not supplier. 5 months is old for shingles. Never should except returns that old. Your roofer waited 5 months. What roofer does that.. Sounds like you have a few guys calling them selves roofer. WE have 13 crews. WE install 13 homes daily. This is just residential side.Material is Always delivered the day the roof is replaced. Not a day sooner.At any point, someone should have looked at the shingles you purchased and have the supplier pick them up if wanting to exchange.The other location you provided, 10 miles away and is owned by the same company. Beacon.”

“We found this store while going to visit another surplus. The customer service was great and we loved to see the kitchen and bath displays for ideas for our own project. The warehouse in the back has a huge selection and we found some tile we liked. After making my purchase and leaving, they were very understanding when I came back a few hours later to return some of the tile as it appeared a different color in the sunlight than what I had thought inside. I will definitely return to make further purchases in the future.”

“First of all , they are moderatly busy , to pretty busy on any given day . It is a no-frills place but friendly and attentive to every customer from what i have seen . I think its better than Home Depot and Loews , but you may not . The employees WANT to take care of you . And last , the woman who is at the register where you pay is so beautiful !”
