She was extremely proficient. Her knowledge of the phones was paramount. It was a wonderful experience. If I need to go back to a Boost store, the ride from Grapevine to Irving will be wel worth it.

I went there 7/31/2021. I was looking for Zulma the good/honest employee but her co-worker, Ali-- mentioned Zulma off for 2 wks. to make the story short- I switched my service to Boost. Ali the Boost employee introduced the Samsung A11 has 5G & the iPhone 8 he showed the boxes of the 2 Samsung A12 G5 per say & iPhone8 original box. It was late evening about to close the store so I told Ali to put everything in the bag (I taught there was a company bag Boost logo) but he put in a black plastic bag just like when you buy something from gas station that's the Boost bag, Anyhow, I was about to leave the store when I asked where's my receipt, Ali said it's in the bag so I left the store. When I got home I showed to my nieces their gifts but was dismayed when they see the iPhone was in the plain white box not in the original iPhone box that Ali showed when I was at the store the USB cable/charger not even recognized as an iPhone accessories look like it came from a Dollar store not the cellphone accessories separately inside the white blank box not in the iPhone box original that Ali the customer service showed when I was at the store. The box for Samsung A12shown 4G not 5G & can't find the receipt, either.. So I went back Monday 8/2/2021 I was surprised the employee, Zulma was there and I told her the story that & Zulma went to the Boost Owner & the owner he said, I can't returned or refunded my money of $200.35 because it was a policy. He will give me only price for 3phones for $100 the rest will goes to activation & the 3 numbers. I told him the 3 numbers I gave were from Metro PCS that I used to be my cellphone service . The Boost Owner he mentioned to me, " You know there's no 5G for SamsungA12". I replied him back how would I know about 5G. I'm not a cellphone wizard that's why I just believe what cell phone customer service says and I think your employee is telling lies to customers like me who don't know the newest and he lied to me that he said my receipt was in the bag but I didn't see anything. I just trusted the employee, Ali. The Owner said where else can I complain, he said he won't give me the $ 200.35 I paid, he said I'll just wait 3 months before switching to another cellphone company. I would not recommend such a false customer service person and also included the Boost Owner. They're all Liars! Only they know on how they will get a commission no matter what their services, lies

I was told by their employee that my metro pcs I phone was comparable with their phone service just before I decided to switch to boost. Just after I switch to boost, the boost employee then told me that my phone was not compatible so I would need to buy a new I phone. On another incident an employee named Zulma asked me to give my rain coat to another customer to keep. She new I was on foot walking and the other customer appeared to travel in an automobile. I had just told her where she could purchase her own rain coat for cheap just up the street and Zulu’s instead wanted me to give my rain coat to the other customer. God does not have favorite people. One of the Ten Commandments say thou shalt not covet thy neighbors

Zulma was the best SALES AGENT THAT YOU HAVE. after driving from Oak Cliff then to Cedar Hill..at 8:29p I called the store to see if you all were still open. She answered with a pleasant voice and said she was closing at 9. I told her I was on my way. My gps stated I would arrive at 8:56pm. As I was turning into the parking lot I received a phone call at 8:55p and the wonderful voice on the other end asked..are you still coming?...Yes,yes,yesssss. I went in, got a GREAT NEW IPHONE. Ms.Zulma is the best!!

I highly recommend this store. The sales representative by name Zulma is very professional and patient. The customer service is great. Whenever I get in to this store, i always get out satisfied with my demands met having the right product that fits my request. She treats customers with dignity. I give a 5 star to this store without a second thought.
