I’ve been going here for years and so have my friend. I HIGHLY recommend Shabnam if you’re getting your eyebrows done. Not only does she listen really well to what you’d like done, but she’s also very professional and friendly, and she does an amazing job. Don’t be surprised if she has a line waiting for her as she’s that good! Well worth the wait.

This is for Shabnam, the girl who had the audacity to ask for TIP after she ripped a chunk of my friend’s skin off of her cheekbone. You’re working in a service industry and you have to have a basic knowledge about how things work in this industry. And showing attitude to your customer to whom you left a lifelong scar, telling her it’s not the wax to be blamed but her skin, and NOT EVEN GIVING HER AN ICE PACK OR EVEN HAVING A DECENCY OF TREATING HER SKIN WITH ALOEVERA GEL just DIDNOT sit right. Awful person Shabnam , not just talking about her job but also her personality. She dared saying she has 10 years of experience. I wonder if her 10 years of experience is of skinning people ‘s face off while waxing.
Shabnam was a racist as she didn’t apologized even once. I wonder if she would have behaved the same way if the person she skinned was a white. She charged the price and demanded tip, What a degenerate! Bollywood Threading Salon must take action against her attitude and the way she is treating her customers. Attached is the picture of my friend’s skin aftermath.

"Are you kidding me, Shabnam?! My sister Shreeti comes home with a massive gash on her cheek, courtesy of your absolute incompetence! And to think, she's probably going to be left with a permanent scar thanks to your negligence! Your ineptitude is staggering, and your people skills are even worse. You should be ashamed of yourself! If you can't even be bothered to do your job properly, then maybe you shouldn't be working with people at all! She's a disaster waiting to happen!"

Worst experience ever!!!! One of the girls, named Shabnam, did a full face waxing for me and peeled a chunk of my skin around my cheekbone. When I nicely asked about this, she, with a full-on attitude, replied, "It must be your skin," and just stood there staring, doing nothing when I was in pain. Shabnam was so horrible that some other lady working there named Yasodha had to intervene and ask her to get me some ice.
My god! I have been waxing for ages without such issues. It was the first time I encountered a service provider who blamed it on the skin.
She never apologized once. Rather than offering apologies and waiver of the service fees, she made me pay the cost and dared to ask for a "TIP." She looked down on me when I did not add a tip while paying.
The AUDACITY!!!.
The girl was rude and unprofessional. She had zero accountability for what she did, as she did not even apologize once.
However, the other girl, Yasodha, was kind and compassionate. I have visited this salon multiple times, and most of the girls are lovely. However, Shabnam was horrible.
@Shabnam, you could go look at my payment history. I Tip service providers well. You not getting the tip had to do with the fact that you were awful at your job and how you treated me.

Went there last week and did my eyebrows with Sabnam, and I am happy with the results. She listened and did what I exactly asked for. Precise and thorough, and the place looked clean. Definitely going back!
