Don't buy from here. I almost paid off my car with the same in at a 250 deductible insurance (which is expansive af) and now they can't confirm it so charged an extra $180 on top of the over priced car.note. SMH .. save your money

Worse dealership I’ve ever financed from. BEWARE!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL!! They are scamming people out of their money to make a sale. They do not work with you at all no matter how long you’ve been doing good business with them. They tell you lies!!! Again please BEWARE and go invest your money elsewhere. You’ll thank me later :)

I would not recommend OTTOBOT. There are many other places to purchase cars in DFW, that actually will communicate and work with you on purchasing a car.

ABSOLUTELY the WORST place of business! I would NOT recommend. They are very unprofessional. I purchased the car and after 1 month of driving it I immediately had to put it in the shop due to the vehicle being non drivable. My speaker and the motion button for my seats stopped working and they wanted to charge me for it. I would run fast and far from these people!

Find another dealership this dealership is grimy they will give you a car for about 9 months to a year soon as your late one payment they're repossessing your vehicle they won't accept your money they're going to resell your car and have someone else start all the way over from the beginning that's how they keep their cars is to keep reselling the same car over and over and over again to different customers I wish I can give this dealership a negative five stars

Been paying on my car 9 months and I'm late 7 days they repossessed my vehicle and refuse to take payment for fees. I've payed over 4,000 dollars in car payments just so they can refuse payment and repossessed my car. JENNIFER AT the front desk is unsympathetic. Wouldn't give me written letter of payment refusal and sent me on a wild goose chase for the letter. Nobody will return my phone call or send me letter of payment refusal. The manager Rolando and Jennifer are shady, unprofessional and have no integrity or respect to even answer the phone. Don't do business here!
