I’ve witnessed the store manager degrading an employee in the middle of the store floor. Women looked on the verge of tears. I will never be back. I felt for that women. Corporate was notified. But the employee seemed to be fired. Haven’t seen her in the store since. Jeremy is a horrible manager.

The store has any different offerings but they are of poor quality. The staff is Indifferent or purposely incompetent (especially Ximina) to frustrate the customer so they don't have to work.
Go to a different store.

Nicely remodeled and tended, but their collection of merchandise has changed, i.e., the selection of grooming products.I preferred the furniture to be less central in the store. The draw of Big Lots! For me is home goods, personal hygiene products, seasonal products, and food.

The store is cleaner and better organised than it was. The employees were friendly and helpful. They now have more better quality furniture. The grocery section is now at the back of the store.
