Excellent Store! ?We were traveling in Dallas and we found an offer on an Alienware Laptop for about $2300 dlls, the page said it was the display one, but when we arrived they had a NEW one, so it was an excellent purchase.The staff's attention was excellent, very attentive, they gave us the Laptop, they gave us a subscription to Alienware arena, 100% recommended.We always go to Best Buy for some item, it is a must stop.

Black Friday so had to wait a little before attended to in the headset department, but to be expected. Once seen, a super quick and informative assist and suggestions to help select the right headset for me. Check out process was super easy, with no tension.

Is there option to give 0 stars? if possible then definitely this store deserves it ?We ordered Airpods pro in online and its for pickup, we came to the store after 30 minutes, then the ‘Assistant Manager Simon’ asked us to wait for one hour. He showed us so much attitude during this time. He asked us to cancel the online order and order it from store if we want it immediately. We nearly waited for 2 hour in store. Now he said my id needs verification, i showed him my ID. Once that is done he should atleast explain us the process what is going to happen for verification, which he didnot do. After some time, when we asked again what is happening, he said a call would go to the mobile number on file. As being a human i expect a basic respect and humanity from the Assistant manager Simon.He must know how to treat a customer. But today the way he treated was worst. He was very rude, He hurt us a-lot through his words. I really want to raise a complain on him. He is not fit for the customer service job. I really don’t know how you people made him as an Assistant manager. I hope you people look at this for your best customer service. We called customer service twice but didn’t get their attention. When there is a frustrated customer in-front of Simon, he said us that you will not get your airpods today, walk out of the store. He is just trying to keep all mistakes on us. He is just trying to trigger us and give us a counter for everything. Even now, the best buy app shows us that preparing your order for pickup today’. He is not in a position to accept the fact that he works for best buy, I did-not see a feeling he owns best buy, he just treated like something else, he just waited us wait.In US, till today i dont know a better place than best buy for electronics. The experience in this store today is the worst.

Before our coming to the store, I checked the app to see if this was in stock and said it was. I make my way to the controllers and I find a tag because that’s all they have. They don’t keep products on the floor like other Best Buy stores. When I ask an associate, if they have the item in stock, his reply was to go to the front register and check out to get it. He didn’t check to see if it was in stock he wouldn’t look for me so I had to wait through a 30 minute line to see if they had the product or not. Guess what. They didn’t have it. I asked the cashier if in just wasted my time by waiting in line, and she said yes. So I think I might be done with Best Buy. First their geek squad service was bad when fixing an iPhone and now this.

Isaac in electronics sold me a surface pro 9 bundle yesterday. Got to the airport and there is no keyboard, the one item I specifically needed for homework as i travel overseas. For some reason only best buy carries surface accessories in-store. And I can not get in contact with the store because calls are all farmed out to call centers. ?*Edit* I made my way back here after three weeks overseas without the keyboard I needed. The staff was very helpful in understanding that I did not get the keyboard that was supposed to be provided. Biggest issue is that they provided a keyboard for the surface pro, but it was an older model not compatible with my 9, which I did not realize until 7 hours later after arriving home in NM. I think maybe some product control is needed by the supervision to ensure that you are not sending people out with the wrong products. I now need to sell this keyboard, since I live in NM and cannot return when I want, and look for a way to recoup some money to buy the correct keyboard. Best Buy Irving, if you read this please reply with a way I can return the older Surface keyboard and get the one I should have gotten in the first place.

I was not impressed. I was on travel and forgot my surface power supply at home. They had some 65 watt power supplies in stock, which were way over priced (probably Microsoft's fault, not Best Buy's) but the salesman tried to convince me that the 65 watt power supply would not work for my Surface Pro 7 and that I needed a 125 watt one which was another $50. When I mentioned that the 65 watt box said it is compatible with mine, he said some people complain that They don't charge right for the Pro 7. I didn't buy it (the upsell or either power supply). I am going to double check my power supply when I get home, but I bet it is only 65 watts.

Poor customer service. Have been here for 15 mins and looking for someone to help. Here to buy some laptops and Ipads, asked for help to get them for me but looks like no one wants to help. A young lady came up and when i asked if she is here to help me, she said no she is coming back. Never had such experience with best buy in any other locations. I am not sure if its because of the current marked situation or the careless team working here. Need a special attention from the best buy groups at this location.

Alexi was amazing. He did really help us out with the soundbar selection. He had knowledge about it also he help us choose the best sound bar with best price as well. Next time if I will have to buy anything will definitely contact with Alexi. I am fully satisfied with him.
