SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. THEY PRINTED OFF A PRE- SHIPPING LABEL AND LIED ABOUT SHIPPING MY PACKAGE OFF WHEN THE POST OFFICE EXPLAINS THAT NOTHING WAS EVER SHIPPED OR PLACED IN USPS POSSESSION. THEY ACTUALLY DID NOT HAVE MY ITEM IN STOCK AND INSTEAD OF BEING TRUTHFUL ABOUT IT BEING “OUT OF STOCK” THEY RATHER TAKE MY MONEY, ISSUE NO REFUND, & TELL LIES ON THE POST OFFICE REGARDING THE PACKAGE. THEY TOLD ME TO GET A REFUND FROM THE POST OFFICE BUT THEY NEVER HANDED THE PACKAGE OVER TO USPS POSSESSION. AT THIS POINT— THEY CAN DEAL WITH BANK OF AMERICA FRAUD DEPARTMENT BECAUSE IM CALLING MY BANK FOR A REFUND TODAY!!!!!

HAD TO GIVE A STAR JUST TO POST SO IGNORE IT!!!THE SITE IS A WHOLE SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!THEY OVERCHARGED ME FOR A JACKET PRICED AT 1/2 OFF DURING A SITE WIDE BLACK FRIDAY SALE AND REFUSED TO ADJUST THE PRICE OR SEND THE JACKET SO I CONTACTED PAYPAL AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET MY FULL REFUND AFTER A FEW WEEKS!THERE WAS ALSO ANOTHER PURCHASE IN THE SAME ORDER THATS MARKED SHIPPED & UNLESS IT'S COMING SNAILS EXPRESS-(SMH) IT HAS YET TO ARRIVE SO I HAVE FILED YET ANOTHER CLAIM ON THE PORTION OF THE PURCHASE...I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE THAT VALUES THERE HARD EARNED MONEY NOT TO SHOP THIS SITE & FOR HER TO BE A WHOLE REAL ESTATE AGENT WITH MULTI MILLION DOLLAR LISTING SHE SHOULD BE QUITE ASHAMED OF HERSELF ROBBING THE COMMON WORKING CLASS!SCAM SITE DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I ordered two Cynthia dresses last week Thursday. Within a couple hours I received an email saying I already had tracking info. My mind was blown. Then my dresses arrived a day earlier (today) than they were supposed to. They fit GREAT. They are beautiful and I’m definitely a new regular as soon as more plus size items are available

I only gave one star to share my experience. I accidentally placed an order with this scam of a company and contacted them several times via email and telephone. I explained my situation before my order was even shipped. They hung up on me the last time I contacted them via telephone and did not answer when I called back. They would not issue a refund on top of me not knowing if I can even fit the item I accidentally ordered. I entered my email which automatically generated all of my info and pay information which I did not consent for them to keep on file. I was trying to apply a discount code and before I realized it I submitted the order. I contacted them right away only to find out today they just shipped the order. I do not want this item and I’m very disappointed with this outcome. Ladies for future reference this company does submit any refunds whatsoever so think twice about ordering from them! Or just don’t make the same mistake I did.
