I just recently moved from Georgia to Texas and I went to visit my new local branch to open up a business account. I met with Branch Banker Nicholas Buchanan and Assistant Branch Manager Mohammad Jilani . Both gentlemen greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake. We sat down in a comfortable office space and I was asked on different occasions if I wanted water or anything else that would make my meeting more comfortable. Both gentlemen explained all the products that I was eligible for and showed a true concern and confidence that my business is going to succeed and finished the paperwork process smoothly. I would highly recommend PNC for your personal and business needs.

Recently, my father had a serious medical issue that resulted in me becoming Power of Attorney for my parents to assist with bill pay and manage their finances. Mohammad went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with that process, answering questions and providing me with all of the information and documentation that me and my mother needed. There were a lot of back and forth in-person visits with me and my mom but Mohammad was very knowledgeable, fast, friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. I personally have been banking with Chase for over a decade and have recently considered transferring to PNC bank, simply because of the experience that I have had just in the past 2-3 weeks working with Mohammad. Thank you Mohammad for all that you do and being as friendly, patient and accommodating! 10/10 stars!

very bad service the assistant manager doesn't help with anything I don't know how she got that position. I was told I was going to get a call back but I never did i had to call them and they didn't help with anything.

Explained what I needed, was told no problem only to become a problem. Didn't listen to w word I said just wanted to sell me an account. No thanks.

I am new in Texas my son recommended pnc he likes them, I had Chase OMG that’s all am saying. I was greeted made me feel like home. I’ve been here almost 2 years per son request he’s been 22 years and PNC shout out to Emily who open my account and even going for credit card. If I had to rate her 15 and the other two tellers 10 they were so nice. So don’t move, I don’t drive too far??

This is now a PNC Bank. I went to this bank in the hopes of setting up Estate accounts for my parents. At first, they were very nice and were willing to help me, but they seem to not know what to do or how to advise me.They told me they would look into it and call me back... One person (Emily) did call me back letting me know they are still looking into it but after that call I never heard from them again.I don't know if I would recommend this bank, but they need to read up on their processes, procedures, and customer service guidelines.

This pnc bank branch is Good... i can hardly believe it myself. Inside is very casual, in a nice modern building. The tellers stay busy, professional, and even friendly, while taking care of the wide-ranging requests of the customers.

Don’t go there 30 minutes before closing time if you want to get helped.Basically they were no help only because they were about to close, glad didn’t open an account.

Went for something as easy as a debit card replacement but the agent was so busy offering me a credit card that ended up putting a wrong PIN after I was very specific with the numbers, now I have to use more time to fix the PIN because it was not done correctly the first time

Says their open but it ain’t and then since the transfer from bbva i have lost $1000 it’s not a good bank in my opinion and they started charging for having an account so that’s another negative for me

Short on staff. Appointment was provided at 1pm, but been waiting for long time as they were short handed. Cashier was courteous to let us know initially.After 45 mins of wait time told we won't be served inspite of the appointment. Boss is on vacation too so obviously nobody to manage.They lost a solid business opportunity now.
