Do not use the bank. I just called one of the customer service number and asked them a question and just because she couldn't answer the question about my statement she just randomly ended the call.

Very unwillingness to help, "no pnc doesnt do this, no pnc cant help with that, no, no, no." Just needed help with cashing a check or verifying funds. If your hands are so restricted why would i want to ever open an acct with pnc? I understand the non acct holder fee

Used to love this place, in the late 90s through 2010, until corporate fired the branch manager and went with low wage workers. Took over 30 minutes to get someone to sign in for bank box. More than 20 minutes standing in line inside to make a deposit. Staff more interested in "upselling" and refinancing mortgage than handling banking transactions. Closed everything in 2019 and moved down the street. Low wage, untrained, unskilled workers - not a bank anymore, only a retail front operating on a "lowest cost model."

Worst banking institution ever! Customer service is absolutely no help they had a system glitch and overdrafted my account then when I was told by one person they’d fix it they never returned my call then the next person in line told me no. I would never recommend going here there are plenty banking institutions that are a lot mote helpful. This is not one.
