I and my wife have been a Baylor Scott & White Patient at Irving for almost a decade.
Baylor Scott & White Patient Irving location is always busy and getting anything done including getting medicine refills required a lot of back and forth. So we tried to move to Las Colinas location and we are already having a terrible start.
As we were due for Annual physical exam, we scheduled our annual physical at Las Colinas location. This is supposed to covered by insurance at 100%. I got an estimate of 0$ and my wife got an estimate of 251$.
How in the world does 2 people on the same plan get 2 different estimates is beyond me. On May 3, 2024, I have tried to solve this by contacting BSW Customer care and got routed from one department to another to another and spoke to 7 different people without getting a straight answer.
Assuming today was bad day, I am going to try this one more time. If not, I believe its time for me to find a different provider. I ain't paying 251$ for a Annual physical exam while this is supposed to be covered by the insurance.
BSW does not care. You are close to losing 2 long term patient pretty soon.

Had very bad experience with BSW. They use faulty devices to do hearing test and then scare patients by telling you have hearing loss.There billing department says someone will call you back but no one calls back at all. There provider office doesn't help much.I am going to file complaint against the provider office.Medical city las colinas is better option than BSW

Easy to get there and the sign in staff is excellent. We thoroughly enjoy our medical care from Dr Paul Alukal with the BSW Advantage Plan HMO. All the nurses and staff are happy to be working together there!

My child's pediatrician, Dr. Kalyani Raja offices at this location and we love her. She has been my child's pediatrician since she was a few months old and now she's a teenager. Dr. Raja provides excellent patient care and genuinely cares about the health and well being of her patients. Any questions that we have she gladly answers and gives sound advice and information. Dr. Raja's staff and the office as a whole is also helpful throughout the office visit or via phone or the online portal. I trust my child's care with Dr. Kalyani Raja.

Dr Kalyani Raja is awesome but their front desk staff is having no experience at all dealing with patients. They are rude and not friendly. I wish Dr Raja has good staff to represent her.
