As a personal account holder, they are good. Unfortunately their out of date ATMs do not allow deposits after hours. As a business account holder, they are horrible. I had fraudulent charges on my account 2 months ago and still do not have a refund. They never tell you that when you open up your business account that your money is not protected. They say that they have contacted Mastercard and that Mastercard has not responded. If they don't get a response, I am S.O.L. I am safer keeping my money in a jar at home. Absolute shame. I have never had this problem at chase or bank of America. They need to tell business owners up front about this when they open an account. I know many big businesses in Irving that bank with them and I will be letting them know that their hard earned business money is unprotected.

Make sure you count your cash when you withdraw money and don't drive off like I did, I'm glad I bank with Chase. I helped my grandmother withdraw 650 dollars to turn out we were 100 bucks short, you only get an envelope the receipt you normally get from other banks is mia. To cut this story short I got screwed.

Not to be confused with the large banking institution in California by the same name. When I first moved here I thought, wow, great, my bank is here. When I called them they were in fact rude and said they had never heard of that bank name anywhere but in TX. That was the tipoff! They've added a horsehead on their logo since to differeniate from the bear logo for the REAL BofW!
