During my last visit, I had a pleasant experience. I regret not recalling the names of all the individuals who assisted us except for Nayeema Parveen, but everyone displayed remarkable kindness. Nayeema even answered in detail to the questions my 9 year old asked . Despite depositing my coins near closing time, the gentleman who helped us was exceedingly patient.

BOA is terrible! If you happen to be traveling and lose all your bank information and ATM. Good luck with trying to get an operator by phone! Then at the bank we are there in person and they said, they need to send a code to a phone number to a phone number that no longer exists. I banked at Wells forever and never had these issues! This branch attitude is horrible? They should take some customer service lessons!NOW - days later... I can't login online banking and been on hold for an hour and still waiting. AND, hey BOA! I don't have a twitter account. Shesh... soooooooooo frustrating!

Often short staffed, definitely need to add more people. Customer service is still good however. It's not the branches fault they are short, it's the BOA Corp that's trying to do more with less (like every other business now). Of course the fees still remain.

I use the bank mostly for Teller transactions, like cashing a check or getting smaller bills. They are very accommodating to the type of bills I want. I always ask for crispy/new bills. If they have them, they will gladly give them to me. Yes, I wish there were more Tellers working, especially during busy times. Also, they never answer their phones, never.

If I could give it one point of a store, I would instead of one whole star. Disorganized not trained, they don’t really know what they’re doing at this location and the manager I got I don’t think it ever been through a bank training before in her life as I had to, explain what things meant to her on her computer and my account .

I recently moved to this area and had to use this BofA location a couple times. I must say that the staff is very courteous and friendly. Yes there can be a bit of a wait time. But when it’s you turn they give you full attention and help you the best way they can.

Called AAAAAAAALL DAY. no answer supposedly they’re busy assisting others. Walk In & everyone is literally not doing anything just hanging out. A bunch of unprofessional clowns working here

I have taken appointment with Madam Saroja for opening bank account. BOA doesn't value its customers; nothing can be done as expected. I walked in today to get a time-sensitive Notary Public signature, but I was told to come back tomorrow. Since every appointment on the BOA website is already taken, I was unable to schedule one for the upcoming month. It appears that they arbitrary scheduled all the appointments. Despite being a Gold client, it is useless. I'm hoping BOA will adopt a more customer-focused company philosophy.

Honestly i had a very good experience, from the reception to the bankers inside , very helpful and friendly and they have left me with no questions , thank you to miss Saroja , and to the lady with the most beautiful eyes i have ever seen in my life .Thank you

Quick lines and fast friendly service. Tellers are all very professional, and I never have to wait more than a couple minutes , even if the lines are long. I’m there 3 to 4 times a week my experience is always positive.
