I have been banking here for 40 years. Used to be such a great bank. No one ever answers the phone, if you go in needing help they tell you they will make you an appointment in about 2-3 weeks!!! Really?!? Customer service is a joke!!! Stood in line for over 20 minutes to deposit 1 check. ONE teller was working the teller window and about 12 people in line. Other employees are walking around not making any eye contact with the customers. I will be taking my accounts and business elsewhere. Incredibly disappointed with Bank of America!!! Used to be the best but is now definitely the worst!!! Also if you call the 1-800 number for customer service they don’t answer either but don’t mind putting you on hold for over an hour, it’s ridiculous!!! They repeat OVER and OVER to go online or the app. No offer to call YOU back either!!!! They don’t deserve even 1 star!!!!!!!!

The worst location besides the Bank of America locations without open lobbies.I believe this is my 4th or 5th bad experience in this Location.Today's incident was a long line of customers and only two bank tellers, to make it worst one of the tellers decides to take a break leaving us with one teller so because of the bad experience I've had before and this teller leaving us hanging I decided to take most of my money out and only leave $4000.00.When I tell the teller because of her I decided to take that large of money out she replies with an attitude and a laugh, your welcome.Sorry to say I had made all four of my children to open an account with this bank but guess what my next step will be.Anyone know a good bank that appreciates out business?

The experience I had was very bad, first there seems to be no desire to work and provide good service, they gave me an appointment when I went, there was no one to assist me, then they changed it for the 1st of November, then on the 6th at 11:30 When I arrived today, the girl who helped me, who is not very friendly, told me that your appointment was at 9. You can go to another branch. It seems that what they don't have is the desire to work. I hope they improve in that so that future clients don't have that bitter feeling. experience

*update read the response tried it again. Wow. About 7 people in line. And no one will get to eat lunch. They stuck in that line! Pay the $0.50 and go to kroger next door.Slowest atms in DFW. Go elsewhere!

Very Ordinary ServicesI visited the branch on Monday Sep 2,2023 noon and went to customer service counter.I have asked the lady that I need to update my new address as I am facing problem to change on app and she told me that she does not have any access and I have to wait for the manager.The Manager Look like spanish lady without name tag. She looked like a flat face with no smile.She told me that she cannot change and I have to wait for three weeks for the appointment.I just completed my transaction at cash counter and went back again to customer service counter and told the lady that I have to leave overseas to see my parents.The lady officer again without name tag replied me that she can't help and I have to follow the lady manager time frame.I strongly believe there is no full stop in customer service and why to keep my checking account and business account after facing such a non serious,non-professional attitude.It doesn't make any sense to me to waste my time again and to close my both accounts immediately.I also visited Chase Bank and their staff were so helpful and accommodated me with great sympathy and attitude.Highly disappointed..

Long line, long waits, business clients line never available for business clients only. Always long wait, after remodeling they reduced the number of cashiers which made it even more chaotic. Was informed they were busy today because several people called out, but this bank is always really busy and there is always a LONG line and LONG wait times. Instead of reducing the number of cashiers they should have added more or at least bring back the drive-thru window which they now use for employee parking. Had to leave after waiting a long time,again this is NOT A TODAY ISSUE. This is every day, the bank needs support

My visit to a Bank of America store was a regrettable experience that showcased their abysmal customer service in person. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer convenience and satisfaction were not a priority.The wait times were excruciatingly long, and there was a sense of chaos among the staff. Customers were left standing in line for extended periods, and there appeared to be a severe shortage of employees to assist them. It was as if they didn't care about our time or needs.When I finally reached the front of the line, the representative seemed disinterested and indifferent to my concerns. She lacked the knowledge and authority to address even basic banking questions, and I was met with vague responses and shrugged shoulders.Overall, my visit to a Bank of America store was a perfect example of how they fail to prioritize customer service in their physical locations. It left me frustrated, disappointed, and with a strong desire to take my business elsewhere. If you value efficient and friendly in-person banking experiences, I strongly recommend avoiding Bank of America stores.

I’m doing a trace on an IRS payment and was told that the payment was direct deposited to a closed BOA account that I had back in COLLEGE. The IRS even provided me with the last four of the account number that the deposit was made to. I went to this location to inquire about the old account and was told by a female employee with a sour look on her face that there’s no record of me ever having a BOA account.I said “Are you sure? Because I know I used to have a BOA account but I don’t remember how far back because it’e been so long.” She insisted that I didn’t have one. She made me look like I was lying and trying scam or something. I felt dirty.I immediately drove to another BOA location and they PLEASANTLY confirmed that I had an account but it was closed in 2014 and that’s why the other location probably didn’t find it. They even went the extra mile to give me a card with a customer service number so that I could get my old bank statements from that closed account.I don’t know why this location didn’t have the right software to trace my old account or even hand me a number to call for more information but they need serious updates. If I could give them 0 Stars, I would.
