My dog has been with Banfield for 8 years and I have always had a positive experience. We recently moved, so I decided to give this location a chance. It was horrible experience. I honestly feared for my dogs safety while he was there. He went in for his teeth cleaning and check up. He spent 8 hours getting the procedure done (it has never taken this long before). The vet spoke to me for 5 minutes to tell me he was ready and did not answer any questions. I was then told that she recommended that I pay for an anti-nausea medication that I have never paid for. I agreed to pay for it. He spent the entire night and next morning vomiting (which has never once happened with the previous 7 dental cleanings). When I called to see what I could feed him or what to watch for, they told me he needed to be checked for pancreatitis. This made absolutely no sense. I will no longer be taking him to this location. Worth the drive to go elsewhere. Apparently not all Banfield locations are the same and this location is not good.

Never been scammed like this before this vet is a scam , apparently the girls don’t know anything about anything they just want money for whatever reason it is even tho you have a vet plan with them !
Oh and apparently none of the girls there are actually work there they all from different locations covering for 1 hour !!!
Whata joke they pigged me to sign up for the plan now when i want to cancel it i have to pay a penalty fee when i was told i can cancel it anytime 😂😂
When i said I’m not paying for extras she said fine I’ll send you to collection , i was like you know what just charge the card in file since you that blunt !
She went ahead and said ok i charged it then she said oh i don’t have the medicine i was like whaaaat so you don’t have the medicine and you wanted to send me to collections and not give the full service isn’t that a joke !!!
Name i believe Ashley , shift lead or whatever and oh there’s never a manager on duty 😂

I have ALWAYS take my dog to Banfield because she struggles with environmental allergies.
they REFUSED to give me my dogs medicine because they wanted to run more test when they already have done all kind of tests, they have all the paperwork and my dogs medical records and she has been under that medicine for over 6 months now.
They don’t care about your pets. The only thing they want is to make more money from you.
NEVER COMING BACK.

Thinking of taking your dog to Banfield? Please read about our terrible experience today during what they call a 'comprehensive exam':
The so-called comprehensive exams at Banfield have become nothing more than a quick glance at your dog, with no explanations given. You don't see the doctor anymore, and they won't even properly examine your pet unless you agree to additional tests—tests that were once part of the standard exam. It's frustrating that they can't even check an ear for infection without requiring you to authorize an extra test, something they used to diagnose easily without any extras.
On top of that, the service has declined significantly. The staff at the front desk was rude and unhelpful, making it clear that without agreeing to additional exams, you won't receive any medication. The lady at reception was particularly rude and apathetic, which is troubling since these are the people you are trusting your pet with. Our dog is 12 years old, and this is the first time we've had such an awful experience—a supposed comprehensive exam with no doctor and no treatment unless you agree to pay for more tests.
Looking back, we're left wondering if there even is a doctor in the building!

Useless place- the team doesn’t know what is or isn’t allowed and will be more than happy to waste your time. Do not recommend this Bandfield at all.

Visiting Banfield Pet Hospital on Alliance feels like walking into a family reunion where everyone is a dedicated pet expert. The staff's warmth and expertise shine brighter than a dog's favorite squeaky toy. They treat every pet like a VIP (Very Important Pet), and their care and attention make every visit a tail-wagging experience. Paws down, the best in town!

Veterinarian here doesn’t know what they’re doing. Said my cat was dying and my sister paid a lot of money to help him get better just for the vet to claim he only had fleas after they did all their expensive tests. They stole his collar too. I’m very upset.

Best Banfield I've been to. We are new to the area, so they took the time to explain where emergency vets were located in case we ever needed after hours help. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. Dropped my cat off for a comprehensive and bloodwork, thinking it would take all day, or at least all morning, but got a call he was ready for pickup less than 2 hours later. They thoroughly explained all the details of the appointment and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend this Banfield specifically!

We took our baby there for a regular teeth cleaning, of course anesthesia included. They left the needle catheter in and stated there may have been a miscommunication and we can bring him in again so they can look at it, The whole needle was in his arm, bandaged like he was done. This negligence has turned us off of bringing our babies here again for big things like this. I understand you get busy but sending a puppy home with a whole needle in his arm has got to be on the basic list of things you don’t do.
