Bad customer service, the two ladies who work there are very rude, they are not friendly at all, the hours say that they close at 5 on Sundays and it is not true because I came to tell my son's hair and it was 4 pm and they didn't want me attend they said it was already closed

I showed them a picture of what I wanted it was layers. They cut my hair short and gave me bangs the picture didn't have bangs hate how my hair looks.

Ok lady's please please Don't go here the lady who did my beautiful long hair bleaches it out it literlly left me with no hair when i came in since i had high lights from another salon they told me to sign a paper but i asked can you do these and she looked at my hair and sad yes so she started. i asked for new look guess what I did end up with a new look my hair was torn to the point i had to go somewhere else to get a bob over my shoulder and even like that it was ruined to almost the root of my head she just lefted with no color just the orange that the bleach gives you nothing compare to what i asked my hair was all the way down to my waist and ened up beig a bob over my shoulders and all because these lady left me on the air dryer with out caring for my hair she started cutting other guys hair i pulled out of the dryer cause i felt to much time and my head was burning my nephew is a layer and he sad i could sew the salon even with the paper she made me signed because of the negligence that could easily be proven with the timing of the cameras but guess what I leave it to god my hair is growing slowly but what comes around goes around and the lady who did my hair may one day will she feel in on other client thst might not be as nice as i was cause I could of got her license revoked but i thought of her and her family and the money she charged me cause she charged me to ruined my hair bleached it out of my head and I payed her cause I believe god And she might of lost everything but I have gained lotsServices: Balayage

I came here asking for for blonde highlights in my dark brown hair I even showed a picture of what i wanted everything was going well she bleached my hair and it got lighter until she put some red stuff in my hair and made it orange my hair looked like a tiger and i didn’t like it, it looked nothing like the picture and i regret coming here so much i don’t recommend coming here if you want highlights.Service: Balayage

do not go to this place ! my hair is now so short . the lady cut like 3+ inches of my hair . not professional at all . she was cutting my hair like she dgaf . plus my mask fell of like 2 times duo to how aggressive she was . don’t recommend this place at all .Service: Haircut
