Visited this store today, asked for a battery check and was told the tester was not working. The young man helping me then asked me to start my car, it wouldn’t start. He said I needed a battery, okay then bought the Economy battery . Got the battery installed, drove away. About 20 minutes later my battery light comes on. They sold me a bad battery. I tied calling the store, on hold for 20 minutes. I do not recommend shopping here. 2 stars only for the convenience of not having to wait.

Went for windshield wipers and was quuck and easy. Nice staff and well organized. It's a little pricy, but higher quality is always worth it

1 man working register and parts look up with 3 people in line. 2 other employees hiding out and talking over by the batteries. I confronted them and broke up their private little party and they went back to work doing what they were hired for. Who ever was in charge of the store, should be fired for allowing things like this to continually happen.

I got good customer service. I didn't get the employee but he was helpful. He tested my battery and replaced it within minutes. Downsize was the price of the battery $233. I drive a Honda, nothing fancy.
