If you need anything done to your car, I most definitely recommend this place. I needed a minor cosmetic part fixed on my car, and while other shops wanted to charge over $200 for it to be fixed and I already bought the correct part. Autotech used the provided parts, and they put it on. They now have a customer for life. I only wish I found them earlier when a friend's mustang needed body repair. They do body work and auto repair for foreign and domestic vehicles. My repair was minor, but they got me in and out . They were very communicative not just with me but when interacting with other customers. They were very courteous. If you need work done on your car, please come see them. From my experience, they can take care of you.

Update: You can clearly see from the OWNERS response his level of professionalism; As mentioned originally take your business elsewhere. This owner tried to run me over and I had to call the police and press charges. I will be updating this review as well as my Google review of the company with case numbers for transparency! 0/10 recommend

I cannot recommend this facility. The people are pleasant, however that is the only positive.I took in my BMW as an engine malfunction had occurred. After two full days I had not heard a word as to status, estimate, etc. So, I phoned. I was told that the person needed was "out" and that I would get a return call asap. No return call was made that day. Next day, I called again, and a similar story was told, again I received no call. After two more days, I finally got an "estimate"...which was simply that I needed to make this an insurance claim! When I told them that this was NOT an accident, but a mechanical breakdown, and that what I wanted was an actual estimate to repair, I was told "$25-$30,000...it's really messed up and you need to try and get insurance to pay for it".I (obviously) decided to take my vehicle elsewhere, but was forced to pay $169 for the "initial evaluation". I asked for a discount as they certainly did not perform any kind of meaningful inspection, but this was not given.I had the vehicle towed to a BMW Dealer, who actually gave me a real estimate, and charged only $99 for the evaluation.I want a refund! If you have a high-end vehicle, avoid this establishment.

My truck needed some work and every major decision needing action Stephanie called me to elaborate on the issues found, solution required, and cost. I appreciate also that the mechanics pointed out a few other things that needed attention to keep my old truck running in its best condition. They do good work and tell you exactly why as well as what is recommended and what is highly recommended as in my case needing a clutch kit replacement due to damage on the flywheel cause by a broken slave cylinder.

They had my husbands car for 3 weeks. They told us they needed to drive it at least 100 miles. Well they took the toll road in his car. We never take the toll road, and we got a bill from NTTA with dates that they had the car. Now we are stuck with a toll bill. Also when we got our car back the radio stopped working. We took it back and they told us it went out and we needed a new one. Turns out the guy who worked on our car put a fuse in backwards. They just wanted more of our money. We will not be going back there.
