Overpriced by 25% rude staff. I entered complimenting the atmosphere then was asked for my ID which is fine and all but all I said was do I look underage. And couldn’t even banter with a customer. People come to smoke shops to unwind not to be felt as a nuisance. Entertain and be a good person and you would’ve gotten the sale. Unfortunate

My new job takes me to Irving pretty frequently and this is the best vape store in the area. The staff is really familiar with the products they have a ton of flavors and all the accessories I need. Highly recommend.

Got the perfect ecig for me after very helpful staff asked what features I was looking for. They didn’t try to upsell me. Huge selection to choose from and great knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend this shop!

I wouldn’t go back to this location just because of the guy who works there.. so arrogant and rude… bald guy with glasses and a cross necklace. He seemed to have lot of hate towards other races.

Love coming to artisan always great prices and killer deals the crew is always so helpful happy it’s so close to the house plus they do military discount which is always awesome for us veterans and active duty.
