UPDATE: Missy is STILL the only trainer that has a problem with the way you to set your weights down. No OTHER TRAINER does this. Please bring a pillow if she is working
Literally cannot workout with the newest manager Missy staring you down. She will come up to you mid workout to “check if you’re a member”. Also be sure to bring a pillow to set your weights down. No matter how mindful you are about racking the weights properly, she’s off to the side waiting for you to make any little mistake with “My weights”. Her condescending Karen behavior makes it highly uncomfortable to enjoy your workout. The other managers and trainers have been a delight and very helpful. I’ve only encountered these problems with Melissa. Disappointed.

Melissa is the BEST!
I was trying to reactivate my membership by going to this location but I was unable to get assistance there since no one responded to the door. Thinking the staffed hours were inaccurate, I left a voicemail and left. Less than 20 minutes later, I received a call from Melissa, who called me from her personal number, and she was able to explain that the staff member there was actually training a group but that she’d be happy to reactivate my membership and it would be done today. This level of service and care is unlike anything I’ve seen from other gyms so it was greatly appreciated. She is the best!

New equipment but no towels or wipes to clean up after yourself and the bathrooms were gross!

Upon entering the gym, we were eager to receive a tour, purchase a day pass, and potentially become members. However, upon arrival, we found that the only staff member present was engaged in a call with their superiors (you’d think her superiors would want her to give us a tour or get off the meeting asap). Despite waiting for approximately 10 minutes, we felt compelled to interrupt and request a day pass due to our limited time. While the staff member did provide us with the pass, we couldn't help but feel that our presence was an inconvenience to them. After we got the pass, I never saw her again- guess she left? This experience left us with the impression of unprofessionalism, and as a result, we have decided not to become members here.

Horrible! I have been calling for an over month and leaving messages trying to get the manager to respond. Signed up at this location and need a release for another location. The manager at the new location has called and left messages also, said it literally takes 10 seconds to complete but can’t get anyone to respond. Unprofessional customer service.

Best Anytime Fitness of 5 or 6 I’ve visited in the metro — essentially under new management & better than its rating suggests. The high ceilings are great. I’ve never had to wait for a bathroom/shower. The complex it is in also very easy-access & safe. The new GM, Melissa Beal, is friendly, warm, and welcoming. I highly recommend giving them a try, and note that there are (a bit pricier) month-to-month plans if you want to see how it feels.

If I could leave negative stars I would! Anytime is a joke of a gym you might as well be at planet fitness paying way less money ANYTIME gym is so dirty they let people without shoes use the machines and don’t have proper sanitation for the amount of money you are paying monthly they should have someone constantly cleaning wiping! Melissa the new Gm is unprofessional banned people for simply working out! Might as well call yourself planet fitness for A LUNK ALARM because they don’t let slammed weight of any kind so I really can’t tell the difference so save your money go to a real gym

Anytime Fitness ( open 365 days ) good place to do workouts with best coach in Las Colinas.
Melissa is one among the best coach. She does workouts in ease. And a very friendly one . Live Long Life Missy!!!

This was a nice location until the new manager Melissa came. God forbid you have a podcast on while leaving the gym because she will tell you something about it.

I love this gym & decided to join because of Missy. She is so knowledgeable & I felt she genuinely cared about my health & fitness goals. She spent time answering all my questions & assisting me with the best plan for me. I am so grateful for her encouragement & motivation that she gave me. Highly recommend this gym.
