Place is fairly clean and small. Would go during non-peak time as it can get crowded.

Small place but has everything you need. I went during the day, so it wasn’t crowded but I’d imagine it could get tight if you go during peak hours.

This gym lacks functionality for the serious patrons , it is not muscle up friendly, the pull-up bar is for novice use only!

Very clean, convenient and welcoming atmosphere. Very pleased with choice I made to switch gyms a few years ago. I'm able to go to any location in any city I'm in since I travel alot, it's VERY convenient.

Great gym! Great staff! Excellent training program after a few weeks dropped 25 lbs! so honestly I’m pretty satisfied with the overall working of the gym and give a big thanks for having a great owner like Andrew definitely recommend this gym to everyone

Anytime fitness gyms are usually small but this location is tiny with barely room to move around. Its also up on the 2nd floor or the complex. On the plus side, bathrooms were clean and stocked unlike other locations I've been to

This is a very good location, clean and good selection of equipment. Owner is very engaging. The gym has been clean every single time I have ever visited there and the owner has reached out to me several times so the negative reviews are highly suspect to me.

Great experience since I have been coming, but it would be best to be professionally cleaned at least once every month. To get behind machines, and to clean everything !! I brought a guest to the gym, and they felt it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned like the other location in Irving. Other than that, love how quite it is!!!
