This bank has a manager name Amy that is very rude and unprofessional. She doesn't like people of color. The other employees there are very nice and friendly. Amy is only nice to white people. I don't know why they got rid of the other manager. The other manager was very nice and friendly and would come out her office to make the people feel welcomed. I even informed the District Manager Aby Thomas and he stated that he didn't care how Amy treats people of color. That Amegy bank doesn't cater to people like me. I think that Manager Amy and Aby Thomas should leave and they should hire someone who is more professional

Love amegy bank but this location is the worst... can't cash a simple check.. the managers are not willing to help.

I've been going to this bank for almost 3 years to cash my check. Now we have 2 Amegy banks in Ft Worth.
I will miss the nice employees at this location. My teller knew me by name and was always friendly and nice to talk to. I'll miss him.
I hope the employees at the Ft Worth location are as friendly and kind.

I have been with this particular bank location for almost 4 years now, and 7 overall with Amegy. Best banking out there. No cost fees, 3 free ATM uses monthly at any ATM, theirs or not. Martha helped me out of a sticky spot today, and was absolutely fantastic. Overall, I recommend the bank to everyone, mobile app is excellent, web is excellent, all fees are SO low!! Thanks again Martha!
